金马开新岁，艺桥通四海

当新岁的晨光穿越时间的隘口，马蹄声碎，踏开一道通往无限可能的艺术长廊；当创意的星火跨越山海阻隔，艺桥飞架，连缀起四海共此的审美共鸣——我们在此呈献的，正是这样一场横跨时空、融汇多元的“新春视听云联展”。

这不仅是一次作品的集结，更是一场精神的远航。每一件作品都是一扇窗，透过它，我们看见创作者如何以独特的视角捕捉时代的脉动，如何以个性化的语言诠释共通的情感。在这里，传统与现代对话，东方与西方交融，具象与抽象并存，构成了一幅多维度的艺术星图。

　　关真全，1945年生于河北迁西, 曾任迁西县文化馆馆长，唐山市美协副主席兼山水画研究会副会长，河北省农民书画研究会理事，中国农民书画研究会特邀理事。2005年退休。 在职其间，因工作业绩突出，多次被评为县模范工作者，市劳动模范、专业技术拔尖人才和省先进文化工作者。并三次受记功晋级奖励。自学美术，擅国画山水。先后得果树邨、贾克里、钟长生、江   枫、李明久、吴守明、张   步等先生指导。创作的山水画作品多次参加市、省及全国性展览并收入专辑。1989年国画《潘家口水库》入选中国美术家协会主办的“中国当代工笔山水画展”。1990年，国画《长城》入选“中日美术交流展”，在日本各地巡回展出。1993年国画《天堑通途》参加在北京举办的“国际中国书画博览会”。1996年国画《啊，长城》获第二届海峡两岸“王子杯”书画大赛金奖，被中国文联等单位授予“海峡两岸德艺双馨艺术家”称号。1999年由河北美术出版社出版个人画集。2000年参加第四届中国山水画展，入选“新世纪中国山水画二百家”。2002年国画《源泉》参加中国美术家协会主办的纪念《毛泽东在延安文艺座谈会上讲话》发表六十周年美展。2007年参加在北京航天城举办的神五航天四周年纪念活动，向中国航天员训练中心赠送亲手绘制的国画《龙腾华夏 气壮山河》，中心副主任楊立伟少将接受馈赠。2010——2012年参加中国书画代表团赴台湾、俄罗斯、马来西亚书画交流活动，获“中俄文化交流贡献奖”和“马来西亚大红花奖”。2014年参加“展望2014全国书画艺术家作品联谊展”和“北京秋季当代艺术家作品邀请展”。2017年参加“情满一带一路书画名家名作海外巡展”。2019年国画《青山关》参加第九届中国山水画展，获铜奖。2020年参加“众志成城.全国书画名家抗疫大展”，获“抗疫先锋艺术家”称号。2021年应邀参加在北京举办的“第21届世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰盛典”，被授予“当代艺坛优秀典范人物”称号。鉴于其多年来积极参加出国展览和对外文化交流活动，2024年，获“中华文化全球推广大使”和“2024年度中国文学艺术界年度人物”称号。同年4月，20件山水画作品又参加了“中欧书画名家线上展”。多件作品入选《中国美术选集》、《中国书画名家翰墨精品集》等典籍，百余件山水画作品为被日本、韩国、俄罗斯、马来西亚、巴西、英国、法国、澳大利亚及港澳台有关单位和人士收藏。多年来，关真全还积报参与救灾、抗疫、扶贫、助学等捐赠活动，被中国慈善协会授予“中国慈善艺术家”称号。现为中央机关老干部康乐文化中心书画艺术指导委员会理事，中国长城书画院、中国三峡画院特聘画师，马来西亚东方艺术机构签约画家，河北省美术家协会会员，唐山市美术家协会顾问，中国山水画协会迁西分会名誉会长，国家一级美术师，国礼画家。

　　Guan Zhenquan, born in 1945 in Qianxi, Hebei Province, served as the director of Qianxi County Cultural Center, vice chairman of Tangshan Artists Association and vice president of Landscape Painting Research Association, director of Hebei Farmers' Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and invited director of China Farmers' Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. Retired in 2005. During the period of employment, due to outstanding work performance, he was repeatedly rated as a county model worker, a city model worker, a top professional and technical talent, and a provincial advanced cultural worker. And receive three merit based promotion rewards. Self study art, proficient in traditional Chinese landscape painting. I have received guidance from Mr. Guoshu Village, Mr. Jia Keli, Mr. Zhong Changsheng, Mr. Jiang Feng, Mr. Li Mingjiu, Mr. Wu Shouming, and Mr. Zhang Bu. The landscape paintings created have participated in multiple city, provincial, and national exhibitions and have been included in albums. In 1989, the traditional Chinese painting "Panjiakou Reservoir" was selected for the "Contemporary Chinese Gongbi Landscape Painting Exhibition" hosted by the China Artists Association. In 1990, the traditional Chinese painting "The Great Wall" was selected for the "Sino Japanese Art Exchange Exhibition" and exhibited on a tour throughout Japan. In 1993, the traditional Chinese painting "The Way Through the Ditch" participated in the "International Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Expo" held in Beijing. In 1996, the traditional Chinese painting "Ah, Great Wall" won the gold medal in the 2nd Cross Strait "Prince Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition, and was awarded the title of "Cross Strait Artist of Virtue and Art" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and other units. In 1999, a personal art collection was published by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House. In 2000, participated in the Fourth Chinese Landscape Painting Exhibition and was selected as one of the "Two Hundred Chinese Landscape Paintings of the New Century". In 2002, the traditional Chinese painting "Source" participated in the 60th anniversary art exhibition organized by the China Artists Association to commemorate the speech of Mao Zedong at the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art. In 2007, he participated in the fourth anniversary commemoration of Shenzhou V Aerospace held in Beijing Aerospace City and presented a hand drawn traditional Chinese painting "Dragon Soaring the Mighty Mountains and Rivers of China" to the China Astronaut Training Center. Major General Yang Liwei, Deputy Director of the center, accepted the gift. From 2010 to 2012, participated in the Chinese calligraphy and painting delegation's calligraphy and painting exchange activities in Taiwan, Russia, and Malaysia, and won the "China Russia Cultural Exchange Contribution Award" and the "Malaysia Red Flower Award". In 2014, participated in the "Outlook 2014 National Calligraphy and Painting Artist Works Friendship Exhibition" and the "Beijing Autumn Contemporary Artist Works Invitation Exhibition". In 2017, he participated in the "Overseas Tour of Famous Painters and Calligraphers along the the Belt and Road". In 2019, the traditional Chinese painting "Qing Shan Guan" participated in the 9th China Landscape Painting Exhibition and won a bronze medal. In 2020, participated in the "National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters Against the Epidemic" and was awarded the title of "Pioneer Artist in the Fight Against the Epidemic". In 2021, he was invited to participate in the "21st Century Great Style Annual Character Summary and Commendation Ceremony" held in Beijing and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Model Figure in Contemporary Art". Considering his active participation in overseas exhibitions and cultural exchange activities over the years, he was awarded the titles of "Global Ambassador for the Promotion of Chinese Culture" and "Person of the Year in Chinese Literature and Art in 2024" in 2024. In April of the same year, 20 landscape paintings participated in the "Online Exhibition of Chinese and European Calligraphers and Painters". Multiple works have been selected for classics such as "Selected Works of Chinese Art" and "Collection of Masterpieces of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting". Over a hundred landscape paintings have been collected by relevant units and individuals in Japan, South Korea, Russia, Malaysia, Brazil, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. For many years, Guan Zhenquan has participated in donation activities such as disaster relief, epidemic prevention, poverty alleviation, and education, and has been awarded the title of "Chinese Charity Artist" by the China Charity Association. I am currently a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Guidance Committee of the Leisure and Cultural Center for Retired Cadres of the Central Government, a specially appointed painter of the China Great Wall Calligraphy and Painting Academy and the China Three Gorges Painting Academy, a contracted painter of the Oriental Art Institute in Malaysia, a member of the Hebei Artists Association, a consultant of the Tangshan Artists Association, honorary president of the Qianxi Branch of the China Landscape Painting Association, a national first-class artist, and a national ceremonial painter.
