　　段修忠，职业书画家，现居北京。1974年出生于南京溧水，华夏促进会将部工作委员会副主席、中国书画家研究会书画艺术事业部副主任、环球书画艺术馆名誉馆长、国礼艺术家、CCTV签约艺术家、中央国家机关书法家协会理事、北京市书法家协会会员、孔子美术馆特聘书画家、《中国书画报》特聘书画家、中法文化交流大使、澳大利亚亚太人文研究院(APIH) 客座教授；工业与信息部高级艺术品鉴赏师、高级工艺美术设计师、中国东方文化研究会美育工作委员会高级艺术顾问。

　　先后进修于西泠印社、故宫博物院、中央美院等院校，受教于仇高驰、刘彦湖、汪永江、李双阳、刘景芳、尼玛泽仁等名家。作品先后被北京人民大会堂、故宫博物院、孔子美术馆、伊朗、古巴、毛里求斯、莱索托、尼日利亚、韩国和中国国家图书馆、奥运冠军刘玉琨和王丽萍等重要机构国家与个人收藏。经国家文联审核，作品收录入中国文联人才数据库。并受到克罗地亚总统伊沃•约西波维奇，多米尼克总理斯凯里特与夫人的接见并共同剪彩。作为文化形象代言人亮相于北京大兴国际机场，作品先后受邀在中国国家画院、北京炎黄艺术馆、北京雁栖湖国际会议中心、美国纽约时代广场、山西丝路国际文化艺术节、法国巴黎奥运中心、法国卢浮宫、意大利、澳大利亚、北京大学、澳门、俄罗斯、日本和马来西亚、泰国等地区展出并被评为中外友好艺术文化交流使者。

　　作品先后入编《百年百家全国书画大展》、《大家艺术》、《汉风唐韵•丝络路万千名家》、《中国近现代书画名人录》、《智库专家传世之作•中国当代书画名家典籍》、《CCTV当代传承艺术名家》、《BESETO美术节北京特展作品集》，《世界艺术品收藏指南（2025）》，并于国家体育场鸟巢艺术展厅举办个人书画展，获高度关注。

　　2005年5月作品在第五届“黄山杯”中国当代书法美术摄影大赛中获金奖；

　　Duan Xiuzhong, a professional calligrapher and painter, currently resides in Beijing. Born in Lishui, Nanjing in 1974, Vice Chairman of the Working Committee of the General Department of the Huaxia Promotion Association, Deputy Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Division of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association, Honorary Director of the Global Calligraphy and Painting Art Museum, National Gift Artist, CCTV Signed Artist, Director of the Central State Calligraphers Association, Member of the Beijing Calligraphers Association, Specially Appointed Calligrapher and Painter of the Confucius Art Museum, Specially Appointed Calligrapher and Painter of the Chinese Calligraphy Pictorial, Ambassador for Cultural Exchange between China and France, and Visiting Professor of the Asia Pacific Institute of Humanities (APIH) in Australia; Senior Art Appreciation Specialist of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Senior Arts and Crafts Designer, and Senior Art Advisor of the Aesthetic Education Working Committee of the China Oriental Culture Research Association.

　　I have studied at institutions such as Xiling Seal Engravers Society, Palace Museum, and Central Academy of Fine Arts, and received education from renowned artists such as Qiu Gaochi, Liu Yanhu, Wang Yongjiang, Li Shuangyang, Liu Jingfang, and Nima Zeren. The works have been collected by important institutions such as the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, the Palace Museum, the Confucius Art Museum, the National Libraries of Iran, Cuba, Mauritius, Lesotho, Nigeria, South Korea, and China, as well as Olympic champions Liu Yukun and Wang Liping. After being reviewed by the National Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the works have been collected and entered into the talent database of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. And was received and jointly cut the ribbon by Croatian President Ivo Josipovi ć, Dominican Prime Minister Skerrit, and his wife. As a cultural image spokesperson, he appeared at Beijing Daxing International Airport. His works have been invited to be exhibited at China National Academy of Painting, Beijing Yanhuang Art Museum, Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention Center, Times Square in New York, Shanxi Silk Road International Cultural and Art Festival, Paris Olympic Center in France, Louvre Museum in France, Italy, Australia, Peking University, Macau, Russia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and other regions, and have been recognized as ambassadors of friendly art and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

　　The works have successively been included in the "Hundred Years and Hundred National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibitions", "Art of the Great Masters", "Han Style and Tang Charm • Silk Road Countless Masters", "Chinese Modern and Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Celebrity Record", "Works of Think Tank Experts Inherited by Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters", "CCTV Contemporary Inheritance Art Masters", "BESETO Art Festival Beijing Special Exhibition Collection", "World Art Collection Guide (2025)", and held a personal calligraphy and painting exhibition at the Bird's Nest Art Exhibition Hall of the National Stadium, receiving high attention.

　　In May 2005, his work won the gold medal in the fifth "Mount Huangshan Cup" China Contemporary Calligraphy and Fine Arts Photography Competition;

　　In June 2005, the work won a gold medal in the National Painting and Calligraphy Competition to commemorate the 900th anniversary of Huang Tingjian's death and the first "Valley Cup";

　　In September 2007, the work won a gold medal in the first "Luoyang Cup" Chinese Korean Painting and Calligraphy Competition;
