胡兴书,1956年生,湖南慈利人。现为湖南美术家协会会员,湖南陶瓷艺术家协会会员,张家界书画研究院名誉院长,内蒙正蓝旗美术家协会会员,中国书画家联谊会新文化群体会员,中国楹联学会会员,中国书画家协会理事,世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长,央广文旅国际合作发展中心副事长,中央美术学院客座教授。


Hu Xingshu, born in 1956, is from Cili, Hunan.   奇绘山水写俊拔 独建一门新法度——记著名画家胡兴书


  一方水土养育一方人,画家因为生活在不同地域,会受到地域风景与文化的独特影响,从而产生自己的画题风格。石鲁行走于陇右,通谙陇右山水的寒凉,可以写意北宗山水的焦墨苍茫。张大千被蜀地山水所陶醉,泼彩浩荡写峨眉。关山月身居岭南,清绿流丽醉江南。当代著名画家胡兴书先生像前贤一样,精制地域山水的独特,成为奇绘张家界风光系列的大手笔。


  他对张家界的山水体貌有丰富的情感,流历真山真水,外师造化中得心源,把张家界的自然实像写意成水墨里的丰满意象,气韵生动神风浩荡,这便是制韵地域山水的奇墨神笔。


  为了表现张家界山体层层叠立的特征,他创立了独有法度的皴笔,把折带皴法的错落感与斧劈皴的峭崎感融合在一起,刚柔相济,刷送出动感,铺陈出势感,整体而观有鲜明的宋元法度,但是再细细究竟,却又是自立面目的新法,既不是单独折带皴的错落感,也不是单独斧劈皴的直峭感,统而有之,切意张家界山崖独有的体貌特征,可谓是把视觉经验化意成丹青臻品的典范。既可以为山水立骨,也可以为山水传神!


  大江南北的山水,自明代而始被人为切割成两体形态,一是北宗的雄奇,二种是南宗的氤氲。事实上这种分法并不完全切意自然风貌,所以当代山水画家就需要有一中弥合南北两宗山水的割裂状态,走上南北融合的新路径。


  毫无疑问,胡兴书画山水就是南北两宗的融合新法度,笔笔见骨,却又不失品逸,积墨如刮铁粗犷,却也有赋淡彩显儒雅,刚打铁铸的山水精神,还有淡泊俊拔的姿美质观,水墨生五色,色彩洇氤氲,让张家界山水回归了自然态,也走进了写意峭崎显韵媚逸的审美新境界。耸其峰,叠其翠,色不碍墨,墨不碍色,水墨彩的交融,不是全湿,也不是全枯,而是中和悦的泽润,以润丰神,便是山水最为悦目动心的唯妙审美。

  Strange Painting of Mountains and Rivers, Writing of Splendor, Building a New Method Alone - A Record of Famous Painter Hu Xingshu


  One place nurtures another people, and painters, living in different regions, are influenced by the unique scenery and culture of each region, resulting in their own painting style. Shi Lu walked in Longyou, familiar with the coldness of Longyou's mountains and waters, and could describe the vast and charred landscape of Beizong's mountains and waters. Zhang Daqian was intoxicated by the mountains and waters of Shu, and wrote about Emei with great splendor. Guan Shanyue resides in Lingnan, where the clear green and flowing beauty intoxicates Jiangnan. Mr. Hu Xingshu, a famous contemporary painter, like his predecessors, refined the unique landscape of the region and became a major artist in the series of rare paintings of Zhangjiajie scenery.


  He has a rich emotional attachment to the landscape and scenery of Zhangjiajie, experiencing the true mountains and waters, drawing inspiration from the natural world, and transforming Zhangjiajie's natural images into rich imagery in ink painting, with a vivid and majestic aura. This is the unique ink brush that creates the charm of regional landscapes.


  In order to depict the layered features of Zhangjiajie's mountainous terrain, he created a unique technique called the Qubi brush, which combines the staggered feeling of the folded band Qubi with the sharp and rugged feeling of the axe cut Qubi. The combination of rigidity and softness creates a dynamic and powerful feeling, presenting a distinct Song and Yuan style overall. However, upon closer inspection, it is a new method that stands on its own, neither the scattered feeling of the folded band Qubi alone nor the straight and steep feeling of the axe cut Qubi alone. It embodies the unique physical characteristics of Zhangjiajie's cliffs, and can be regarded as a model of transforming visual experience into a masterpiece of painting. It can not only establish the backbone of mountains and rivers, but also convey the spirit of mountains and rivers!


  The mountains and waters of the north and south of the Yangtze River have been artificially divided into two forms since the Ming Dynasty: one is the magnificence of the Northern Sect, and the other is the misty of the Southern Sect. In fact, this classification does not fully capture the natural scenery, so contemporary landscape painters need to have a middle school to bridge the gap between the two types of landscapes in the north and south, and embark on a new path of integration between the north and south.


  Without a doubt, Hu Xing's calligraphy, painting, and landscape painting are a new fusion of the North and South schools. His brushstrokes are sharp yet elegant, and his ink accumulation is as rough as scraping iron, yet also imbued with a light color that exudes elegance. He embodies the spirit of freshly forged mountains and waters, as well as a calm and graceful aesthetic. Ink and wash produce five colors, and the colors are misty, bringing Zhangjiajie's mountains and waters back to their natural state and entering a new aesthetic realm of freehand brushwork that is sharp and elegant. Ascending its peaks, folding its emerald green, the color does not hinder the ink, the ink does not hinder the color, the fusion of ink and wash colors is not completely wet or dry, but a harmonious and pleasant Ze Run, to enrich the spirit, is the most pleasing and moving aesthetic of mountains and waters.


  Painting landscapes with unique charm and creating a new discipline. He paints mountains and waters with a very professional brush and ink technique, and is quite skilled in part-time writing. The professional quality of creation ensures the integrity of the law that does not deceive the world, and the integrity of mountains and rivers, which is the cultural character of traditional brush and ink spirit that resides in mountains and rivers.
