　　司徒惠霞，中国画家。出生于广东开平，一个融合中西文化风格，具有浓郁艺术氛围的碉楼之乡古镇赤坎。自幼受到老一辈艺术家司徒乔，司徒杰等影响，酷爱绘画造型艺术，尤其对油画，水粉，水彩，白描，国画人物画痴迷，绘画中讲求结构，用色，用光，笔触，国画工意并用，旨在达到形神兼备，不断尝试创新。自少年起就不断参加各类艺术活动，画展，注重全面艺术修养，用心观摩中外绘画名家作品，逐步进入个性创作状态，近年积极参与各地大型艺术绘画展览的创作与活动，获得好评。

　　现任《文化强国》栏目首批高级智库高级研究员，北京心海文化艺术研究院院士，中企联盟(北京)信息科学研究院副院长，央广文化交流艺术委员会副主席，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会副秘书长，中国书画院院聘画家，香港文联美术家协会理事。

　　2016年，作品《花季年华》入选"纪念红军长征胜利八十周年书画展".

　　2017年，作品《苗家小妹》参展"第二届中国当代书画名家代表作品展暨女书画家代表作品展".

　　2018年，作品《丰年乐》参展"第三届中国当代书画名家代表作品。

　　2019年作品《苗乡小花》参展庆祝改革开放40周年暨北京红森尚艺画院成立十周年全国书画展，作品被藏家永久收藏。

　　2019年作品《祈福万家》入选第二届中国佛教题材书画名家代表作品慈善展 。

　　以上各次展览作品都入画册及宣传画册，获得大家好评。由于具有较为独到的艺术感受力和组织能力，应邀为多位著名艺术大家们作画评和各种艺术展览策划，热忱为中西文化融合搭桥，为多名华人艺术家策划内地与香港展览并从中收获了艺术路上前行的正能量，取其精华，并逐步树立个人独特风格。

　　Situ Huixia, a Chinese painter. Born in Kaiping, Guangdong, Chikan is an ancient town that combines Chinese and Western cultural styles and has a strong artistic atmosphere, known as the hometown of watchtowers. Influenced by the older generation of artists such as Situ Qiao and Situ Jie since childhood, he has a passion for painting and plastic arts, especially oil painting, watercolor, white drawing, and traditional Chinese figure painting. In painting, he emphasizes structure, color, light, brushstrokes, and the combination of traditional Chinese painting techniques, aiming to achieve a balance between form and spirit, and constantly tries to innovate. Since childhood, I have continuously participated in various art activities and exhibitions, emphasizing comprehensive artistic cultivation and observing the works of Chinese and foreign painting masters with heart. Gradually, I have entered a state of personalized creation. In recent years, I have actively participated in the creation and activities of large-scale art and painting exhibitions in various places, and have received high praise.

　　Currently serving as a senior researcher at the first batch of senior think tanks in the "Cultural Power" column, academician of the Beijing Xinhai Cultural and Art Research Institute, vice president of the Information Science Research Institute of the China Enterprise Alliance (Beijing), vice chairman of the Central Radio and Television Cultural Exchange Art Committee, deputy secretary-general of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplets Society, deputy secretary-general of the International Exchange Working Committee of the China Association for Trade in Services, hired painter of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and director of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Artists Association.

　　In 2016, the work "In the Mood for Love" was selected for the "Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Red Army's Long March"

　　In 2017, the work "Miao Family Little Sister" was exhibited at the "Second Exhibition of Representative Works of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters and Female Calligraphers"

　　In 2018, the work "Fengnian Le" was exhibited as a representative work of the 3rd Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters.

　　In 2019, the artwork "Miaoxiang Xiaohua" was exhibited at the National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Beijing Hongsen Shangyi Art Academy. The artwork has been permanently collected by collectors.

　　The 2019 work "Praying for Thousands of Homes" was selected for the 2nd China Buddhist Theme Calligraphy and Painting Masters Representative Works Charity Exhibition.

　　All the exhibition works mentioned above have been included in the brochure and promotional brochure, and have received high praise from everyone. Because of his unique artistic sensibility and organizational ability, he was invited to make painting comments and various art exhibition planning for many famous artists, and enthusiastically bridged the integration of Chinese and Western cultures. He planned exhibitions in the mainland and Hong Kong for many Chinese artists, and gained positive energy from them to advance on the art road. He took the essence of them and gradually established his unique style.
