高岩(原名高占国),1954 年生于河北省元氏县高家庄。1974 年入伍新疆,自幼酷爱金石书画,兼擅摄影,中国书画函授大学学历。现为中国文学艺术界联合会名誉顾问,中国美术家协会会员,国家一级美术师,“全国第一批非物质文化遗产创新人才”中国国画 家协会会员,中国水墨画研究院研究员,中国国宾礼艺术家、法国国立高等美术学院客座教授、河北省新闻图片社 特约摄影员,石家庄竹石轩书画院院长。作品多次参加国内外书画大赛,并荣获优秀奖、金奖、一等奖、特等奖、入编多部书画作品集。2015 年 9 月作品经中华人民共和国文化部严格筛选审定,授予“中国当代著名书画艺术名家”荣誉称号。2015 年 11 月作品经中国书法家协会、中国美术家协会及文化部评估研究,授予“华人艺术大师”荣誉称号。
2018 年 7 月荣获国家非物质文化艺术传承奖“金奖”,并被授予“国家非物质文化艺术传承人荣誉称号”。2018 年 9 月特授予“世界非物质文化遗产功勋奖”并授予“世界非物质文化遗产传承人”荣誉称号。
2019 年由北京林都书画研究院、中国艺术博物馆、中国书法家协会、中国美术家协会、世界文艺家联合会共同策划编辑,为祖国70 华诞献礼,入编岁月如歌《中国当代书画泰斗七大家》大型书画艺术特刊。
2020 年荣获“国际文艺巅峰成就奖”授予“世界当代十大顶级文艺大师”荣誉称号,并特邀入编《文艺之巅—世界当代文艺大师典藏》国际大型文艺巨著。
2020 年被选入艺术福布斯《世界艺坛标榜人物》第一版。

Gao Yan (formerly known as Gao Zhanguo) was born in Gaojiazhuang, Yuanshi County, Hebei Province in 1954.He joined Xinjiang in 1974 and has had a passion for calligraphy and painting with gold and stone since childhood.He is also skilled in photography and hold a correspondence university degree in Chinese calligraphy and painting. He is currently an honorary consultant of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of the China Artists Association, a national first-class artist, a member of the China National Artists Association, one of the first batch of innovative talents in intangible cultural heritage in China, a researcher at the China Ink Painting Research Institute, a Chinese national guest artist, a visiting professor at the National Higher Academy of Fine Arts in France, a special photographer at the Hebei Provincial News Photo Society, and the president of the Shijiazhuang Zhushixuan Calligraphy and Painting Academy. The work has participated in numerous domestic and international calligraphy and painting competitions, and has won awards for excellence, gold, first, and special prizes, and has been included in multiple collections of calligraphy and painting works. In September 2015, the work was strictly screened and approved by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, and was awarded the honorary title of "Famous Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters". In November 2015, the work was evaluated and studied by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the Chinese Artists Association, and the Ministry of Culture, and was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Art Master".
In July 2018, he was awarded the "Gold Award" of the National Intangible Cultural and Artistic Heritage Award and was honored with the title of "National Intangible Cultural and Artistic Inheritor". In September 2018, the "World Intangible Cultural Heritage Meritorious Award" was awarded and the honorary title of "World Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor" was conferred.
In 2019, jointly planned and edited by Beijing Lindu Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, China Art Museum, China Calligraphers Association, China Artists Association, and World Federation of Literary and Art Circles, it was included in the large-scale calligraphy and painting art special issue "Seven Masters of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting" as a gift for the 70th anniversary of the founding of our country.
In 2020, he was awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Contemporary Art Masters in the World" by the "International Literary Peak Achievement Award" and was specially invited to be included in the international large-scale literary masterpiece "Top of Art - Collection of Contemporary Art Masters in the World".
