胡曾禹，生于 1939 年，笔名， 白云主人，黄河居人华山墨翁。 1962 年毕业于山东艺专电影科(山东艺术学院前身)政府机关退休。中 共党员经济师，书法家国礼艺术名家。现为国际名人百科会员、中国 民 族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会客座教授、中国民族艺术家协会终身 名誉主席兼特邀顾问、中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会会员、中国 互联网艺术总监、中国书画家联谊会会员、中国书画家联谊 会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会会员中国书画联谊会新文艺群体书画 家工作委 员会委员特聘书画家中国楹联学会理事省市级书法家协会会 员，国际 书法大典编委，山东金秋书画院副院长黄河分院院长，济南 白云书画 社顾问洛阳颜真卿书法研究会名誉会长、山东菏泽地区书画 研究院名誉院长。

　　2016 年 12 月作品入选北京中国国家画院国展美术中心举行的 “深 入生活扎根人民 ”优秀人民书画家作品成果展，接受中央电视台 等多家媒体采访，并向全国人民发出倡议:中国人写好中国字，从小学 生开始，成立中小学书法研究会是书法进课堂的最好办法。

　　2020 年胡曾禹被国际名人百科授予中国最美书画家。在世界抗 疫 中其书法祝语被选百家之中并授予有十个大使馆大使签名奖牌。 2021 年由国际名人百科举荐参加中意文化交流被评为中意首席外交 官。抗 日战争胜利七十周年胡老师的作品在北京工人文化宫展出后 又参加了 中国抗日战争七十周年展在旧金山展馆展还在展着没有退 回。2022 年 9 月特聘为博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究中心“研究员”。2023 年被评为国 家一级美术师及润格评选委员会艺术顾问，2023 年度感 动中国人物。 荣获[纪念联合国成立 75 周年---联合国和平艺术奖]、 [联合国重点推 荐艺术家]、[联合国和平艺术大使]荣誉称号。

Mr. Min Jie wrote a poem praising Hu Zengyu, saying: "Ink and brush have been used for decades, and over the years, they have been used to create ink stones.
