　　包卫东，男，1970年11月生，甘肃省武山县人，中共党员，毕业于东北林业大学，大学文化，农学学士，现为甘肃省小陇山林业实验局林业正高级工程师，国家一级书法师，世界青年文明论坛书画创作委员会委员，中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会委员，中国书法家协会会员，天水市地方志协会会员，天水市书法家协会会员，中华诗词学会会员，中国楹联学会会员，中国野生动物保护协会会员，中国林学会会员，东坡书法研究院理事、曲阜画院常务理事。

　　包卫东学术成果中荣获部级二等奖一项，被国际学术论文集收录论文多篇。业余爱好武术、文学创作、书法和音乐。文学作品发表于《世界华人奥运献辞》、《红色记忆》、《中外哲理名言》、《人生铭言》、《感动人生-全国优秀人才岁月档案》等书刊。代表作《白蛇新传》，2000多字的长篇叙事诗，记述了白娘子从天水出生，峨眉求学，杭州游历、被情所困、塔下悔过、出塔求道，南海得道、救济苍生的故事。笔名月光，号彩虹轩主，五体皆能，主攻篆书、草书。从太极拳、二胡音乐、伏羲八卦及山水、草木、动了2021年庆祝建党百年大型电视晚会书法艺术表演，书法作品入选“百年历程一一首届国礼邮品文创高峰会暨精品书画展”，在北京民族文化宫展出;以庆祝建党100周年为主题的个人书法作品邮册于2021年出版发行;有10幅作品入选迎2022北京冬奥会瓷板画题材;并与中国书法家协会主席孙晓云先生出版了北京冬奥绝版台历，由中央电视台和北京冬奥会组会联合监制，本人有20多幅书法精品入选。书法作品《为国争光》在2022年“贺新春·迎两会”优秀艺术作品评选活动中入选，并被“贺新春迎两会组委会"授予“最具收藏价值奖”。书法作品先后被天水市麦积区档案馆、武山县档案馆、武山县红军长征强渡渭河纪念馆、两当革命纪念馆、南梁革命纪念馆、五台山寺院、甘肃省企业书法家协会、中国工农红军西路军纪念馆、国家博物馆、中央电视台、北京民族文化宫、中国工程院某院士等单位(或个人)收藏。个人获得的荣誉有“收藏天下全国数字电视频道学术指导与特邀艺术家”、“庆祝建党一百周年功勋艺术家”、“最有影响力艺术家”、“国礼邮品艺术家”、中国传统文化“篆书(书法)”艺术代表性传承人、“情系冬奥·翰墨相传一一艺术代表人物”、“2022年北京冬季奥林匹克运动会艺术大使”、“人民艺术家”等。个人信息被录入文化和旅游部人才中心人才资源库，业绩入编《中国当代思想经典》、《中国成功人物大辞典》、《共和国建设者》、《中华英才》等典籍中。
