黄志韬，江苏盐城人，别署碾砚斋，1965年出生，国家一级书法师、文化部高级书法家、盐城市书协会员、职业医师。

　　自幼酷爱书画艺术，幼承庭训，习书自唐楷入手，对欧阳询用功甚勤，后追二王，尤喜行草，旁涉篆隶。工作之余读书临池，笔耕不辍，博采众长，广泛交流，通过虔诚学习，心摹手追，书艺日进。学习期间同时又被多家教育培训机构聘为书法教师。其为人低调，不求闻达，无意各种比赛，坚守踏实从艺，正直做人的信念，潜心书艺，怡情冶性，为弘扬传统文化，愿注一生心血。

　　Huang Zhitao, born in 1965 in Yancheng, Jiangsu, is a national first-class calligrapher, a senior calligrapher from the Ministry of Culture, and a member of the Yancheng Calligraphy Association. He is engaged in grassroots health work.

　　I have had a passion for calligraphy and painting since I was young. I followed court training and started learning calligraphy from Tang Kai. I worked hard for Ouyang Xun and later pursued the two kings. I particularly enjoyed cursive script and was involved in seal script and clerical script. In my spare time, I read books and practice diligently, drawing on the strengths of others and engaging in extensive communication. Through devout learning, I strive to emulate and improve my calligraphy skills. During my studies, I was also hired as an amateur calligraphy teacher by multiple educational and training institutions. He is low-key, not seeking knowledge or knowledge, and has no intention of participating in various competitions. He adheres to the belief of being a down-to-earth artist and upright person, dedicating himself to the art of calligraphy and cultivating his character. He is willing to devote his whole life to promoting traditional culture.

　　Huang Zhitao, an artist from Yancheng, Jiangsu, with the courtesy name Nian Yanzhai and the nickname Baoyue Hall, was born in 1965 in this culturally rich land. He is currently working diligently at the Nanyang Central Health Center in Tinghu District. Despite his busy daily work, his love for calligraphy and painting has never diminished.

　　Since childhood, he has been deeply influenced by his family and has a deep interest in calligraphy. His calligraphy journey began with Tang Kai, and he particularly studied Ouyang Xun's calligraphy diligently. As time passed, he followed in the footsteps of the two kings, particularly fond of cursive writing, while also involving seal and clerical script, showcasing the diversity and profound heritage of his calligraphy.

　　Huang Zhitao always immerses himself in the world of calligraphy in his spare time, reading and writing tirelessly. He communicates extensively, draws on the strengths of others, and constantly absorbs new artistic nourishment. He was fortunate enough to participate in two regular script training classes organized by Tian Yingzhang, to delve into the essence of regular script. Afterwards, he also studied under the famous calligrapher and painter Mr. Ding Jinyu, specializing in the art of cursive script and taking his skills to the next level. In addition, he also received careful guidance from his predecessors Mr. Zang Ke and Chairman Guo Lieping, and benefited greatly from it.

　　Through unremitting efforts and devout learning, Huang Zhitao's calligraphy skills have become increasingly refined. His calligraphy works not only reflect the charm of traditional calligraphy, but also incorporate the innovation of modern art, and are deeply loved by people. While studying, he was also hired by multiple educational and training institutions as an amateur calligraphy teacher, imparting his artistic insights to more people.
