　　崔国安，字国砚，1946年生于河北保定，1995年定居北京，先后毕业于齐白石艺术学院和北京中国花鸟画研究生班，受教于中央美院教授赵宁安、张世简先生。早年师从李苦禅、齐良迟，刘志义先生。现为中国美协会员，中国民协会员、l988年加入齐白石艺术研究会会员，9O年加入河北美协会员，中国香港书协美协副会长，原北京指墨艺术家协会副会长。中华美术家协会名誉副主席，广东丹木美术馆画院院长，广州艺时代美术馆签约艺术家，山东孔子美术館签约艺术家，泰国 文学院特聘客座教授、英国′牛津大学名誉教授，2023年6月被CCTV中央电视台艺术传承栏目组特聘为客座教授。匈牙利国际名人画院副院长，中国民族书画院创作室主任，专业画家，国家一级美术师。

　　出版个人画集，教科书等50余部，分别由人美，天津人民美术出版社、河北 大学出版社、河北美术出版社、中国新闻出版社，中国文联出版社，山东美术出版社，上海人民美术出版社，香港艺术出版社等出版发行。

　　2008至2011年创造华北明珠白洋淀97Cmⅹ百米长卷《淀上长歌赋》《崔国安指画作品选》均由苏珈美术馆出版并展出。,2012年5月《六十益鳥图》帶说明环境習性特点，由北京青年周末出版发行。2004年创作《百吉长卷》、《荷花长卷》等。1992年在香港九龙举办个展

　　1995年5月参加北京国际艺术博览会，同月，在北京画店举办个展。97年一月《新雨》入选海峡两岸全国大展，在中国美术馆举行。同年在荣宝斋来熏阁举办个展。以及广东、香港，台湾，河北、内蒙、甘肃、山东、江苏、北京，天津等地参加全国大展，并举办联展、个人展，获金、银、铜奖多次，数百幅作品载入或发表于典籍、报刊杂志中。其中，由河北美术出版社出版教科技法丛书20余部，全国发行。电台、电视台多次专题介绍报道。多幅作品分别被人民大会堂、故宫博物院，钓鱼台国宾馆、国家行政学院、港澳台地区等大型场馆及俄罗斯、日本、韩国、马来西亚、新加坡、芬兰、泰国、美国等外国友人收藏。

　　1994-2023年出版个人教科丛书20余册《水墨花鸟人物技法》《 。花鸟画集》《崔国安画集》《崔国安指墨艺术》《八开崔国安术专辑》《八开大大红袍合集》《崔国安作品解析浅说》《崔国安指画选》《国画鉴赏》`人民艺术家琉璃册。中国权威收藏书籍艺术品软黄金典籍。多部珍品邮册，以及挂历、指画台历等。

　　2017年9月应石家庄美术馆之邀展出“淀上长歌赋，再现雄安情”大型国画展，并出版大八开《淀上长歌赋》画集。一带一路共双赢，荷花，由美术馆永久馆藏。

　　2018年5月应邀在金阳国际飯店举办个展。同年7月应邀在雄安龙安泰举办崔国安张金波二人师生书画展。2020年6月被山东孔子美术馆特聘为签约艺术家 。2020年12月应邀在北京新闻大厦艺术馆举办五人联展北京商报主办。2021年应邀在北京上上美术馆参加联展。2022年、两幅荷花入选世界当代中:国艺术展PART俄罗斯莫斯科线上下展。2022年7月四幅作入选新加坡大美中国第七届中新马书画名家作品展。2023年3月_《富贵牡丹》入选英国罗苏国际拍卖会，並入住元宇宙。2023年3月特邀参加迪拜国际线上下拍卖。同月被北京荣宝斋吸收为会员。2023年7月“艺术之巅大美中华"在美国 纽约时代广场展播。2023年12月参加广州国际艺术博览会，被评为艺术新锐奖。2024年9月两幅指画山水入选北京服贸会。11月指画山水应邀莫斯科大展。2025年1月应邀故宫百年珍藏集出版。2026年1月。卢浮宫国际艺术展，荣获铁塔金奖。

　　Art Introduction:~

　　Cui Guoan, also known as Guoyan, was born in Baoding, Hebei in 1946. He settled in Beijing in 1995 and graduated from Qi Baishi Art College and the Beijing Chinese Flower and Bird Painting Graduate Class. He was taught by professors Zhao Ning'an and Zhang Shijian from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In his early years, he studied under Li Kuchan, Qi Liangchi, and Mr. Liu Zhiyi. I am currently a member of the China Artists Association and the China Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood. I joined the Qi Baishi Art Research Association in 1988 and the Hebei Artists Association in 1990. I am also the Vice President of the Hong Kong Calligraphy Association and the former Vice President of the Beijing Ink Artists Association. Honorary Vice Chairman of the China Artists Association, Dean of the Danmu Art Museum Art Academy in Guangdong, Contract Artist of Guangzhou Art Times Art Museum, Contract Artist of Shandong Confucius Art Museum, Distinguished Visiting Professor of the Thai Academy of Literature, Honorary Professor of Oxford University in the UK. In June 2023, he was specially appointed as a visiting professor by the Art Inheritance Program Group of CCTV Central Television. Vice President of the Hungarian International Celebrity Painting Academy, Director of the Creative Studio of the Chinese National Painting and Calligraphy Academy, professional painter, and national first-class artist.

　　Published over 50 personal art collections, textbooks, and other works, distributed by Renmei, Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House, Hebei University Press, Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House, China News Press, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Press, Shandong Fine Arts Publishing House, Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House, Hong Kong Art Publishing House, and others.

　　From 2008 to 2011, the 97cm x 100 meter long scroll "Ode to Long Songs on the Lake" and "Selected Finger Paintings of Cui Guoan" created by Baiyangdian, the pearl of North China, were both published and exhibited by Su Jia Art Museum. In May 2012, the "Sixty Beneficial Birds Map" was published and distributed by Beijing Youth Weekend with an explanation of environmental habits and characteristics. 　　In May 1995, he participated in the Beijing International Art Fair and held a solo exhibition at a Beijing art store in the same month. In January 1997, "New Rain" was selected for the national exhibition across the Taiwan Strait and held at the National Art Museum of China. In the same year, a solo exhibition was held at the Lai Xun Pavilion in Rongbaozhai. And Guangdong, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Tianjin and other places participated in national exhibitions, held joint exhibitions and individual exhibitions, won gold, silver and bronze awards multiple times, and hundreds of works were included or published in classics, newspapers and magazines. Among them, more than 20 books on educational science and technology law were published by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House and distributed nationwide. Multiple special introductions and reports have been made by radio and television stations. 　　From 1994 to 2023, I published over 20 volumes of my personal educational series, including "Ink Painting Techniques for Flower and Bird Characters", "Flower and Bird Painting Collection", "Cui Guoan Painting Collection", "Cui Guoan's Ink Art", "Eight Open Cui Guoan Art Album", "Eight Open Big Red Robe Collection", "Brief Analysis of Cui Guoan's Works", "Cui Guoan's Finger Painting Selection", "Chinese Painting Appreciation", and "People's Artist Glass Album". Chinese authoritative collection of books, artworks, soft gold classics. Multiple precious postal albums, as well as wall calendars, finger painting desk calendars, etc.

　　In September 2017, at the invitation of Shijiazhuang Art Museum, a large-scale traditional Chinese painting exhibition titled "Odes to Long Songs on the Lake, Recreating Xiong'an Emotions" was exhibited, and a collection of paintings titled "Odes to Long Songs on the Lake" was published. The the Belt and Road is a win-win situation. The lotus is permanently collected by the art museum.

　　Invited to hold a solo exhibition at Jinyang International Hotel in May 2018. In July of the same year, Cui Guoan and Zhang Jinbo were invited to hold a calligraphy and painting exhibition for teachers and students at Xiong'anlong Antai. In June 2020, he was specially appointed as a contracted artist by the Confucius Museum in Shandong. In December 2020, we were invited to hold a five person joint exhibition at the Art Museum of Beijing News Building, hosted by Beijing Business Daily. Invited to participate in a joint exhibition at the Shangshang Art Museum in Beijing in 2021. In 2022, two lotus flowers were selected for the online and offline exhibition of the Contemporary Chinese Art Exhibition PART in Moscow, Russia. In July 2022, four works were selected for the 7th China Singapore Malaysia Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exhibition in Singapore. In March 2023, "The Peony of Wealth and Fortune" was selected for the Russell International Auction in the UK and incorporated into the metaverse. Invited to participate in Dubai International online and offline auctions in March 2023. In the same month, it was absorbed as a member by Beijing Rongbaozhai. In July 2023, the "Top of Art, Great Beauty of China" exhibition will be held in Times Square, New York, USA. In December 2023, it will participate in the Guangzhou International Art Fair and be awarded the Art New Talent Award. In September 2024, two finger painting landscapes will be selected for the Beijing Service Trade Fair. In November, finger painting landscapes will be invited to the Moscow exhibition. In January 2025, it will be published in the Palace Museum's Centennial Collection. In January 2026, it will be held at the Louvre International Art Exhibition and won the Iron Tower Gold Award.
