冯锦屏，国际书画艺术大师。1957年4月出生中国江苏连云港市，探索诗书画印五十余年。艺术作品数十次在国内外获得大奖。2007年荣获“联合国世界和平教育奖章”。同时在美国国际艺术节活动中获“国际文化学术奖”。布什总统及施瓦辛格州长亲笔签名祝贺。

　　Born in April 1957 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China, he has been exploring poetry, calligraphy, painting, and printing for over fifty years. Art works have won numerous awards both domestically and internationally. In 2007, it was awarded the United Nations World Peace Education Medal. 　　2016年北京电视台特邀冯锦屏现场书法，上春节特别节目于大年初一晚在电视播出。人教版教材：高中政治必修三(文化生活)以民间书画大师冯锦屏的绘画实践第(4)题，编入教材同步测试题。最美课本与央视屏播出人教版艺术课程《荷花》就是冯锦屏示范作品。中央党校主管的《中华魂》杂志，求是主管的《小康》杂志都以大篇幅对其宣传报道。近年他多次走进军营慰问部队，作品拍卖捐给希望工程。为名胜古迹题字题词多次，多次作品作为国礼赠送数十国家大使和政要。目前冯锦屏泰山创作基地，东北创作基地，阿联酋迪拜创作基地等先后布局完成。将探索传承传统文化的发展新路子。
