　　杜兴华，笔名大漠雄鹰。男，籍贯陕西旬邑，新疆乌鲁木齐市人，著名诗人、作家、企业管理专家。中国作家协会会员，中华诗词学会会员，中华散文学会会员，新疆诗词学会会员，全国首批智库专家成员。央视《榜样力量》特邀嘉宾，签约诗人，国风文化大使，中华国粹艺术传承人物，全国非遗领军人物，中国文化世界代表人物，国家一级文艺师等。

　　作者是我国当代六言、八言、九言格律诗、对联格律诗、新体辞赋等格体的首创者，AI诗画数字非遗首创者，是以古体诗形式注解老子《道德经》八十一章，诗注《二十四孝经》，以现代自由诗解析“杜甫《秋兴八首》”，《毛泽东诗词研究》，“以诗记史-唐宋百家文化名人”、《二十四节气歌》等诗词歌赋作品的首位创作诗人。对诗词歌赋理论和方法有深入的研究，提出《诗词创作多维理论》、《诗性思维与逻辑思维在诗词创作实践中的价值作用研究》等理论，发表诗词理论数十篇，创作诗词歌赋作品几百万字，著有《杜兴华诗词歌赋》、《兴华文选》、《诗山拾韵》，主编《蒹葭诗集》等著作，对传承和发扬中华传统文化特别是诗词文化做出了突出贡献。
