刘广英，女，笔名安静，河北廊坊固安人。1983年发表小小说处女作，现为中国微型小说学会会员，中国散文学会会员，廊坊市作家协会会员，中国东方文化研究会艺术顾问，中国大众文化学会书画艺术专业委员会委员，央视CCTV《艺术名家》栏目艺术顾问，《中国军转民》杂志社文化艺术编委。书法以行书见长，尤擅榜书。

多幅书法作品刊登在《中华英才》《中国收藏》《文化月刊》《中国书画报》《作家报》《燕赵老年报》《作家文苑》等杂志报刊，两次被《新华网》报道，并入编《中国书画范例》《中国非遗传承人年鉴》《大国非遗》等书籍。

多篇文学作品被《中国作家网》收录。代表作品有《雷声》《走丢的爸爸》《静寂的小城》《捉拿》《王大壮祭父》《偶遇》《发烧联想》《孩子去哪儿了》等等，多次荣获征文奖并编入年选。

Liu Guangying, female, pen name Quiet, from Gu'an, Langfang, Hebei. In 1983, he made his debut as a short novel and is currently a member of the China Microfiction Society, the China Prose Society, the Langfang Writers Association, the Art Advisor of the China Oriental Culture Research Association, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the China Mass Culture Society, the Art Advisor of the CCTV "Artists" Program, and the Cultural and Art Editorial Board of the "China Military to Civilian" Magazine. Calligraphy excels in running script and is particularly skilled in ranking books.

Multiple calligraphy works have been published in magazines and newspapers such as "Chinese Talents", "China Collections", "Culture Monthly", "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper", "Writers' Daily", "Yan Zhao Elderly Newspaper", and "Writers' Literary Garden". They have been reported twice by Xinhua News Agency and have been included in books such as "Examples of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting", "Yearbook of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors", and "National Intangible Cultural Heritage".
