王碧清，字蜀都，笔名白石，1946年生，四川彭州人。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长，香港书法协会常务理事，红华书画馆名誉院长，北京红色墨缘书画院院士（中央电视台中国传统文化研究基地会员）。

　　2014年，被华夏夕阳红书画院聘为院士。

　　2016年，先后被河南东坡书画院授予常务理事，被北京丹青堂授予国家一级书画师及终身名誉主席。

　　2019年，被中国艺术院推荐为年度影响力艺术家。

　　2025年，受聘为中国书画家联谊会研究与创作工作委员会研究员；同年，被香港中国书画院授予终身荣誉主席。

　　Wang Biqing, with the courtesy name Shudu and pen name Baishi, was born in 1946 in Pengzhou, Sichuan. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the Deputy Secretary General of the New Art Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Calligraphy Association, the Honorary President of the Honghua Calligraphy and Painting Museum, and an academician of the Beijing Red Ink Yuan Calligraphy and Painting Academy (a member of the CCTV Traditional Chinese Culture Research Foundation).

　　In 2014, he was appointed as an academician by the Huaxia Sunset Red Painting and Calligraphy Academy.

　　In 2016, he was successively awarded the title of Executive Director by Henan Dongpo Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and was awarded the National First Class Calligrapher and Painter and Lifetime Honorary Chairman by Beijing Danqing Hall.

　　In 2019, recommended as the Annual Influential Artist by the Chinese Academy of Art.

　　In 2025, appointed as a researcher of the Research and Creation Working Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association; In the same year, he was awarded the Lifetime Honorary Chairman by the Hong Kong Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
