陈夏，男，1966年出生，中国非物质文化遗产传承大师 、国家一级美术师 。现任中国世纪大采风书画院常务副院长 、世界艺术周刊主编、人民书画报理事会主席 、全国人民艺术家信用管理中心书画艺术委员会主席 、中国书画交易润格评估中心特邀艺术评估顾问 、央媒文化组委会艺术顾问 、中国国际教育电视台《闪耀中国》栏目组特邀艺术顾问 、中国诗书画家网艺术家委员会副主席 、中央电视台CCTV《艺术名家》栏目组客座教授 、文化部中华文化传承保护大师 、国家对外友好文化使者 、一带一路文化形象大使 。

　　陈夏出生于书香门第，祖辈画家众多。胞兄陈华是台湾家喻户晓的著名书画家，兄弟俩年龄相差甚远，他以兄为师，刻苦学习，又受到诸多名家指点，绘画技艺不断精进，开始认真学习研究古今中外名家书画真迹，在齐白石、张大千、梵高等名家作品中寻笔法、找墨迹、悟画路。游历各地名山大川，师造化得心源，苦练笔墨功力，默默地在国画艺术天地里耕耘，积淀了丰厚的文化底蕴。其作品先后获“和平颂、中华情 ”全国美术书法百家邀请展一等奖 、“相约北京”全国文学艺术大赛一等奖 、" 祥虎出山"迎新年全国书画大赛虎王奖、中国当代艺术奖金奖等。

　　2023年7月入选在法国罗浮宫举办的国际艺术联创联展 ，作品《春暖花开》荣获金奖。

　　2023年入选“时尚经典，全国书画名家邀请展、一得阁美术馆大展”，作品被展览办和艺委会评为优秀奖。

　　2023年入选中欧书画名家国际艺术交流展，荣获最佳创作金奖 ，作品由法国书画家联合总会收藏 。

　　2024年参加“国际毕加索艺术、绘画大赛（总决赛）”，获得金奖。

　　2024年参加在国家画院举办的“笔墨春秋——第四届书画家邀请展”，作品荣获“优秀艺术金奖”。

　　2024年参加由中国关心下一代工作委员会教育中心举办的“美育中国文体嘉年华（北京国家体育场总展演）”活动，书画作品荣获金奖。

　　2024年7月份参加在国家体育场举办的“庆祝中法建交60周年——继往开来，甲子情深当代书画名家作品展”活动中，被评为“百杰书画家”。

　　作品《春暖花开》入选2024（中国北京）大型国际非遗保护传承主题展——当代名家联展，被评选为优秀艺术作品。

　　2020年应邀出席参加2020全球华夏之星春节联欢晚会的录制,现场登台挥毫泼墨,被授予“最具造诣艺术家”荣誉称号。作品《大展鸿图》被全球华夏之星春晚组委会收藏。

　　2020年1月受邀出席中央电视台演播大厅录制的国际中国公益事业大典,荣获“2019年度国际中国艺坛领军人物”荣誉称号。

　　2021年5月18日受邀参加由中新天津生态城管委会、中国亚洲经济发展协会、《环球时报》社共同主办的“2021亚洲品牌论坛”，荣获“2021书画界十大品牌创新人物”荣誉奖项。

　　2021年5月份成功入选文化中国主题巡展活动，书画作品在北京地铁车厢内展出。

　　2022年元月份参加书画家拜年活动，向全国人民和海外同胞拜年。

　　2022年6月份参加由“文化中国主题巡展组委会”举办的“中国文化人物”节目录制活动。

　　作品入编《世界美术教育史》及中国人美出版社出版的《大红袍综合卷》等。由中国美术出版社出版了《金袍艺术家——陈夏专集》，由中国文化出版社出版了《中国文化人物——陈夏个人专集》及《大红袍个人专集》，由联合出版社出版了《中法艺术家奥林匹克名家精选集——陈夏》，由中国国礼出版社出版了《一代书画巨匠——陈夏个人艺术专刊》，由香港华夏书局出版了《华夏国宝——陈夏个人专集》。2024年陈夏艺术作品在全球艺术品区块链成功上链。经国委对外宣传办公室推荐，作品分别由北京故宫博物馆、土耳其君士坦丁美术馆、雅典国家考古博物馆、梵蒂冈博物馆、纽约大都会博物馆、伦敦大英博物馆、日本京都国立博物馆、艾尔米塔什博物馆、法国卢浮宫博物馆、埃及国家博物馆十家著名艺术馆收藏。

　　Chen Xia, male, born in 1966, is a master of intangible cultural heritage inheritance in China and a national first-class artist. At present, he is the executive vice president of China Century Caifeng Painting and Calligraphy Academy, the chief editor of World Art Weekly, the chairman of the People's Painting and Calligraphy Daily Council, the chairman of the National People's Artists Credit Management Center Painting and Calligraphy Art Committee, the specially invited art evaluation consultant of the Runge Evaluation Center for Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Trade, the art consultant of the Central Media Culture Organization Committee, the specially invited art consultant of the "Shining China" column group of China International Education Television, the vice chairman of the Artists Committee of China Poetry and Calligraphy Painters Network, the guest professor of the CCTV "Artists" column group, the master of Chinese cultural heritage and protection of the Ministry of Culture, the national cultural ambassador for foreign friendship, and the cultural image ambassador of the the Belt and Road.

　　Chen Xia was born into a scholarly family and had many ancestors who were painters. My elder brother Chen Hua is a well-known calligrapher and painter in Taiwan. The two brothers are far apart in age. He took his brother as his teacher, studied hard, and received guidance from many famous artists. His painting skills continued to improve, and he began to seriously study and research the authentic works of famous calligraphers and painters from ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad. He searched for brushstrokes, ink marks, and painting paths in the works of famous artists such as Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian, and Van Gogh. Traveling around famous mountains and rivers, learning from nature, practicing calligraphy and painting skills, silently cultivating in the world of traditional Chinese painting art, and accumulating rich cultural heritage. His works have successively won the first prize in the "Ode to Peace, Chinese Sentiment" National Art and Calligraphy Hundred Invitational Exhibition, the first prize in the "Meet in Beijing" National Literature and Art Competition, the "Tiger King Award" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition to Welcome the New Year, and the Chinese Contemporary Art Prize.

　　In July 2023, the artwork "Spring Blossoms" was selected for the International Art Creation Exhibition held at the Louvre in France and won the gold medal.

　　In 2023, the works were selected for the "Fashion Classics, National Calligraphy and Painting Masters Invitation Exhibition, and Yidege Art Museum Exhibition", and were awarded the Excellence Award by the Exhibition Office and the Arts Committee.

　　Selected for the International Art Exchange Exhibition of Chinese and European Calligraphers and Painters in 2023, won the Best Creation Gold Award, and the works are collected by the French Calligraphers and Painters Association.

　　The work 'Spring Blossoms' has been selected for the 2024 (Beijing, China) large-scale international exhibition on the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage - Contemporary Famous Artists Exhibition, and has been selected as an excellent artwork.

　　In 2020, he was invited to attend and participate in the recording of the 2020 Global Huaxia Star Spring Festival Gala. He performed on stage and was awarded the honorary title of "Most accomplished artist". The work 'Great Exhibition of Hongtu' has been collected by the organizing committee of the Global Huaxia Star Spring Festival Gala.

　　In January 2020, he was invited to attend the International Chinese Public Welfare Ceremony recorded in the CCTV Studio and was awarded the honorary title of "2019 International Chinese Art Leader".

　　On May 18, 2021, I was invited to participate in the "2021 Asian Brand Forum" co hosted by the China Singapore Tianjin Ecological City Management Committee, China Asia Economic Development Association, and Global Times, and was honored with the "Top 10 Brand Innovation Figures in the Calligraphy and Painting Industry in 2021" award.
