张焕民，字星白，号十砚齋主，九崖山人，蒼崖，龙泉居士。1948年生于河南省舞钢市的五代教育世家。毕业于武汉科技大学。中央美术学院客座教授。中央电视台《艺术传承》客座教授。CCTV央视书画签约艺术家。中国书画家研究会艺术顾问。华夏巨匠书画院院士。任中国楹联学会《书画艺术报》副主任等职。

Zhang Huanmin, also known as Xingbai and Shiyanzhai Zhu, is a native of Jiuya Mountain, Cangya, and a resident of Longquan. Born in 1948 in Wugang City, Henan Province, a family of five generations in education. Graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology. Visiting Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Guest Professor of Art Inheritance at CCTV. CCTV signed artist for calligraphy and painting.
