张永金，字木人，1943年生，江苏张家港人。1985年经李铎，夏湘平老师介召加入中国书法家协会，现为国家一级书法师，国礼艺术家，金砖艺术家，国务外交礼品师，中国国际艺术形象大师，国宾礼特邀艺术顾问，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，央广国际文化交流艺术委员会副主席，博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究会副主席，中国将军书画研究院执行院长，中国榜书艺术研究会顾问，中国国艺人民书画院名誉院长。牛津艺术学院特聘教授，《书法字海》和《书法大字典》编审委员。
