李志松，出生于安徽省定远县，国家高级书法美术教师，中国廉政法制研究会清风书画院院长，国家一级美术师，国务院特聘国礼书画家。中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会理事。1972年应征入伍到北京卫戍区部队，军旅生涯四十载，戎装笔墨伴终身。国画先后师从国画大家彦函、秦岭云、梁树年、黄润华先生;书法入室文怀沙大师，亲得教授。在中央美院研究生班由黄润华老师指导主攻山水，研读李可染先生山魂水魄，汲取神韵。

后专攻阔笔焦墨山水画，取张汀大师之长，而不拘泥;首开阔笔焦墨，浓淡干湿，交融挥洒，渐成自家风格，《人民日报》海外版曾以《阔笔焦墨的魂与灵》，整版推介李志松的画作、画品和画风。李志松的山水画先后参加国内外书画大展近30次。

1992年作品《故乡》在中国美术馆举办的东方杯书画艺术大展中荣获一等奖;1993年作品《山林静谧》被文化部选为参加在加拿大等国家举办的中国美术展览;1995年作品《葛云岭揽胜》在中国革命博物馆展览并获金奖;1996年作品《山寨春早》参加中韩两国书画展;1997年在安徽定远举办《李志松书画展》;1998年参加文化部在中国美术馆举办的《庆祝香港回归名家书画展》;1999年出版有《李志松中国画》挂历;2000年在云南省美术馆举办《李志松书画展》;2001年出版《李志松诗书画集》;2002年在深圳举办《山欢水笑迎十六大书画展》;2004年出版《李志松诗歌散文集》;2008年出版《毛泽东诗词：李志松书法隶书》;2009年参加建国六十周年大型壁画《壮丽中华》创作此画悬挂于人民大会堂金色大厅。

2019年4月17日参加新中国成立70周年《美在中国》李志松专题报道。

2020年3月5日《人民日报》报道：致敬崇高，心系英雄，李志松向一线抗击疫情英雄致敬。

2021年被选入《文化传承》当代名家学术交流汇编。

2021年建党100周年被授予《人民艺术家》，2022年被授予《国宝级艺术大师》和《国家特级书法师》。《新时代•中华德艺双馨艺术名家》，《中国伟大艺术家》，《中央电视台书画艺术顾问》等荣誉称号。2023年，中国文博会——推荐艺术家。

2023年在中华人民共和国文化和旅游部艺术发展中心注册职称为：共和国百年巨匠 国宝级艺术家。

2023.09月被中国人民大学艺术学院聘请为硕土研究生导师。

Li Zhisong, born in Dingyuan County, Anhui Province, is a national senior calligraphy and art teacher, the director of the Qingfeng Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the China Anti Corruption and Legal Research Association, a national first-class artist, and a specially appointed national ceremony calligrapher and painter by the State Council. Member of the Chinese Artists Association and Director of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. In 1972, he enlisted in the Beijing Garrison and spent forty years in the military, accompanied by military attire and writing for life. Chinese painting has successively studied under the masters of Chinese painting, Yan Han, Qin Lingyun, Liang Shunian, and Mr. Huang Runhua; Calligraphy enters the room as a master of Wen Huaisha, and I personally become a professor. In the graduate class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, under the guidance of Professor Huang Runhua, I mainly focus on mountains and rivers, study Mr. Li Keran's mountain soul and water spirit, and absorb spiritual charm.

Later, he specialized in broad brush and Jiaomo landscape painting, drawing on the strengths of Master Zhang Ting and not being confined to it; Starting with a broad brush and scorched ink, the colors are mixed and scattered, gradually becoming their own style. The overseas edition of the People's Daily once promoted Li Zhisong's paintings, works, and style with "The Soul and Spirit of Wide Brush and Scorched Ink" throughout the page. Li Zhisong's landscape paintings have participated in nearly 30 domestic and international calligraphy and painting exhibitions.

In 1992, his work "Hometown" won first prize at the Oriental Cup Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition held at the National Art Museum of China; In 1993, the work "Silent Mountains and Forests" was selected by the Ministry of Culture to participate in Chinese art exhibitions held in countries such as Canada; In 1995, the work "Ge Yunling Range Rover" was exhibited at the Chinese Revolutionary Museum and won a gold medal; In 1996, the work "Shanzhai Spring Morning" participated in the calligraphy and painting exhibitions of China and South Korea; In 1997, the Li Zhisong Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition was held in Dingyuan, Anhui; In 1998, participated in the "Celebration of Hong Kong's Return to China Famous Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" organized by the Ministry of Culture at the China Art Museum; In 1999, he published the calendar of Li Zhisong's Chinese Painting; In 2000, the "Li Zhisong Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" was held at the Yunnan Provincial Art Museum; In 2001, he published a collection of poems, calligraphy, and paintings by Li Zhisong; In 2002, the "Shan Huan Shui Xiao Ying 16th National Congress Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" was held in Shenzhen; In 2004, he published a collection of poems and essays by Li Zhisong; In 2008, Mao Zedong's Poetry: Li Zhisong's Calligraphy and Clerical Script was published; In 2009, participated in the creation of the large-scale mural "magnificent China" for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People. This painting is hanging in the Golden Hall of the Great Hall of the People.

On April 17, 2019, Li Zhisong participated in a special report on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, titled "Beauty in China".

On March 5, 2020, the People's Daily reported that Li Zhisong pays tribute to the heroes who fought against the epidemic on the front line.

In 2021, selected for the compilation of academic exchanges among contemporary masters in Cultural Heritage.

In 2021, he was awarded the title of "People's Artist" for his 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In 2022, he was awarded the titles of "National Treasure level Art Master" and "National Special level Calligrapher". Honorary titles such as "New Era: Chinese Artists of Virtue and Art", "Great Chinese Artist", "CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Art Consultant", etc. In 2023, the China International Cultural Fair - Recommended Artists.

In 2023, he/she registered with the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China as a national treasure level artist with the title of a century old master of the Republic.

In September 2023, I was hired by the School of Arts at Renmin University of China as a supervisor for my master's and graduate studies.

Received the Lifetime Achievement Award in Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art by two ministries in November 2023
