金马开新岁，艺桥通四海

　　潘书祥，编审，高级工程师，1945年生于河北邯郸广平县。毕业于北京外国语大学英语系和美国圣母大学管理学院，管理科学硕士。曾任全国科学技术名词审定委员会常务副主任、《中国科技术语》执行主编，曾兼任马来西亚华语规范理事会顾问、中国管理科学学会副会长、中国辞书学会常务理事。在职期间组织开展了数十个学科的名词审定统一工作和两岸科技名词对照统一工作，为保障国家书同文、物同名与汉语文化的健康发展及传播作出了突出贡献。

　　酷爱祖国书法艺术，在全国性的书法大赛中多次获得金奖特等奖及荣誉称号。现为中国书法家协会会员，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中国书画收藏家协会会员，中国通俗文艺研究会理事，香港电视台签约艺术家，莫奈国际艺术奖金奖获得者，国艺委书画艺术博物馆名誉馆长，中央新影中学生频道客座教授，中国书画研究会书法委员会会长，国智办文化艺术研究院副院长，中国企业文化促进会中小企业文化专业委员会高级艺术顾问，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会常务理事，国礼艺术家，CCTV-智慧中国推荐，国礼文化网聘为特邀顾问并授予国宝级艺术大师荣誉称号。中宣部和北京市对外文化交流中心授予“中国国家形象世界传播大使”荣誉称号，以及欧洲艺术协会颁发殴中文化交流友好使者和欧洲艺术骑士勋章。2012年入选中华文化名人堂。2022年7月被中国艺术名家档案中心批准加入中国艺术名家档案馆。2023年作品入编了中央改革办和国家发改委组织的中国文联出版社出版的“领航中国彪炳史册艺术人物志”，得到了中国书法家协会主席孙晓云先生的高度评价。2024年第十二届全国规范汉字书写大会获一等奖。这年作品还入选了中国文化史籍出版社出版的中国传世艺术大师精品集。作品被人大会堂、中南海等多个单位、展馆收藏。积极参加国家文化艺术进步事业。

　　Pan Shuxiang, editor and reviewer, senior engineer, born in 1945 in Guangping County, Handan, Hebei Province. Graduated from the Department of English at Beijing Foreign Studies University and the School of Management at Notre Dame University in the United States, with a Master's degree in Management Science. Formerly served as the Executive Deputy Director of the National Science and Technology Terminology Review Committee and the Executive Editor of China Science and Technology Terminology. Also served as an advisor to the Malaysian Chinese Language Standardization Council, Vice President of the Chinese Management Science Society, and Executive Director of the Chinese Lexicographical Society. During my tenure, I organized the standardization of terminology for dozens of disciplines and the comparison and unification of scientific and technological terms across the Taiwan Strait, making outstanding contributions to ensuring the healthy development and dissemination of national books with the same language, objects with the same name, and Chinese culture.

　　I have a great passion for Chinese calligraphy art and have won numerous gold, special, and honorary awards in national calligraphy competitions. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Central State Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Collectors Association, a director of the Chinese Popular Literature and Art Research Association, a contracted artist for Hong Kong Television, a winner of the Monet International Art Award, a renowned director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Museum of the National Arts Commission, a guest professor at the Central New Film School Student Channel, the chairman of the Calligraphy Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association, the vice president of the Cultural and Art Research Institute of the State Intellectual Property Office, a senior art consultant of the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Culture Professional Committee of the China Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, an executive director of the Calligraphy and Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplets Association, a. The Central Propaganda Department and Beijing Foreign Cultural Exchange Center awarded the honorary title of "Ambassador of China's National Image for World Communication", and the European Art Association awarded the Ambassador of Cultural Exchange and the Knight of European Art. Selected into the Chinese Culture Hall of Fame in 2012. Approved by the Chinese Art Masters Archives Center in July 2022 to join the Chinese Art Masters Archives. In 2023, the work was included in the "Leading Chinese Artistic Figures in the Glorious History" published by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Press organized by the Central Reform Office and the National Development and Reform Commission, and received high praise from Mr. Sun Xiaoyun, Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. Won first prize at the 12th National Conference on Standardized Chinese Character Writing in 2024. This year's works were also selected for the collection of Chinese masterpieces of art published by the Chinese Cultural History Publishing House. The works have been collected by multiple units and exhibition halls such as the National People's Congress Hall and Zhongnanhai.
