赵宪文，1949年出生，大学本科，国家一级美术师，军旅书画家，1968年参军到空军部队工作现已退休。自幼喜欢书画艺术，擅长花鸟，人物，山水为辅。其绘画作品构思巧妙，布局大气，栩栩如生，灵活生动。

作品多次入选国内外画大展，牡丹曾被作为礼品赠送台湾、韩国、泰国等地收藏。

2016年度赵宪文被中国时代影响力活动组委会特授予“中国骄傲影响力书画家”荣誉称号，2018年赵宪文荣获《最具收藏价值艺术家》

2019年荣获“向共和国七十华诞献礼”全国职工书画艺术展示活动突出贡献奖，被中国职工电化教育中心聘为全国职工艺术家培训专家。

2020年9月27日参加“迎建党百年庆抗疫胜利国庆佳节-全国百名将军百位名家书画交流展”。

2020年10月参加全国第二届“卫夫人杯”书画大赛中荣获金奖.并被特授予“新锐美术家”荣誉称号。

2021年被评为德艺双馨“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。

2022年2月被功勋艺术家评审组委会和中华水墨报评审评为“20022中国冬奥艺术形象大使”荣誉称号。2022年4月被中国书画院聘为中国书画院理事2023年6月被中央电视台CCTV爱心大使。

Zhao Xianwen, born in 1949, holds a bachelor's degree, is a national first-class artist and a military calligrapher and painter. He joined the army in 1968 and has since retired. I have loved calligraphy and painting since I was young, and I am good at flowers and birds, characters, and landscapes as supplements. His paintings are cleverly conceived, with a grand layout, vivid and flexible.

The work has been selected for numerous domestic and international art exhibitions, and peonies have been presented as gifts for collection in Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, and other places.

In 2016, Zhao Xianwen was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Proud and Influential Calligrapher and Painter" by the Organizing Committee of the China Times Influence Activity. In 2018, Zhao Xianwen was awarded the title of "Artist with the Most Collectible Value"

In 2019, he was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award for the National Employee Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition Activity "Salute to the 70th Birthday of the Republic", and was hired by the China Employee Electronic Education Center as a national employee artist training expert.

On September 27, 2020, participated in the "National Day Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China's Anti epidemic Victory - National Hundred Generals and Hundred Famous Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition".

In October 2020, he participated in the second National "Lady Wei Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition and won a gold medal, and was specially awarded the honorary title of "New Artist".

In 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist" with both virtue and art.
