郭成君、字:铁军，号:渔阳杂家，篆刻家。男，1959年4月出生，汉族，北京市密云区石城镇人。中共党员，毕业于北京农业管理干部学院，人生:幼年农村学步，青年步入军旅生涯，壮年转入地方，现就职北京市密云区委宣传部。

其篆刻艺术，初师秦汉，直追六国籀文,潜心六书精义而入神。其心游万仞，独运匠心，所治之印或空寓龙脉,或粗细相生,或残破空灵，自研探奥与拜师求艺相结合，终至“章，刀，书，人”四美归一。每有作品问世，秦玺形态万千，汉印凝重多姿，泥封奇丽多趣。篆园而印方，其人以方字入印，亦练就人品如印，方圆有度，做人为方，做事逐圆，德艺双馨，深得乡人口碑。赏其作品给人以震撼，令人透析“飘风聚雨，花落花飞”,“神鬼惊，龙蛇走”的万千气象。区区方寸之间，驰展广阔天地，寄托作者深厚之情感。作品学宗不泥古，尊法有创新，渗情于法,法溶于情,开掘篆刻艺术的新境界。其作品曾多次发表于《北京日报》《学习与研究》、《北京教育研究》、《是与非》、《TINA》等十几家报刊杂志，1997年作品被《国际书画篆刻大观丛书》收录，1999年被《中国当代书画家辞典》收录，2000年被光明日报博览群书杂志社编入《2000中国风·杰出人物特集》，同年作品又被人民画报、中国画报《中华翰墨名家作品博览》收录，2001年简历被收入中国国际交流出版社《世界人物辞海》，同年简历被中国文史出版社收入《中国国情报告--专家学者卷》，2002 年作品入编人民美术出版社《中华热土》,2005年作品入编《中华传世书画鉴赏》，2008年简历、作品被中华人民共和国日史编辑委员会编入《中国社会发展兴国人物大典(当代卷)》，2011年简历、作品被中国文学艺术家联合会收入《中华名人档案库》，2012年作品被中国艺术学会收入《中国诗书画100大家》，2013年中国艺术学会 ---“中国艺魂”为其出版了国家文艺名人专访特刊。

其人艺趣广泛，图书装祯、广告、标识等设计极具造诣。其作品得到社会、媒体一致认可，深得业界尊崇。

Guo Chengjun, courtesy name: Tiejun, courtesy name: Yuyang Zajia, seal engraver. Male, born in April 1959, Han ethnicity, from Shicheng Town, Miyun District, Beijing. A member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Beijing Agricultural Management Cadre College, with a life of learning to walk in rural areas at a young age, entering the military career as a young man, and transferring to local areas in his prime. Currently, he works in the Propaganda Department of Miyun District Committee of Beijing.

His seal carving art was first studied in the Qin and Han dynasties, and he pursued the Zhou script of the Six Kingdoms. He devoted himself to the essence of the Six Books and became fascinated. His heart wanders through thousands of obstacles, and his ingenuity lies in his unique skills. The seals he creates may be intertwined with the dragon veins, or may be thick and thin, or may be broken and ethereal. He combines his own research and exploration of mysteries with his apprenticeship and pursuit of skills, ultimately achieving the unity of the four beauties of "chapter, sword, book, and person". Every time a work is published, the Qin seal takes on various forms, the Han seal is dignified and diverse, and the mud seal is magnificent and interesting. The seal garden seals the square, and their people use square characters to seal, which also cultivates their character as a seal. They have a balanced and square demeanor, and strive for excellence in their work. They are renowned for their virtues and skills, and have won the reputation of the local people. Appreciating his works is awe inspiring, evoking a myriad of emotions such as "wind and rain gather, flowers fall and fly" and "gods and ghosts startle, dragons and snakes walk". Between small areas, the vast world unfolds, embodying the author's profound emotions. The study of works is not rooted in the past, while respecting and innovating the methods. His works have been published multiple times in more than a dozen newspapers and magazines such as Beijing Daily, Learning and Research, Beijing Education Research, Right and Wrong, TINA, etc. In 1997, his works were included in the International Calligraphy, Painting, and Seal Engraving Collection. In 1999, he was included in the Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters. In 2000, he was included in the "2000 Chinese Style · Outstanding Figures Special Collection" by the Guangming Daily Exhibition Group. In the same year, his works were also included in the People's Pictorial and the China Pictorial Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy and Ink Masters. In 2001, his resume was included in the "World Figures Dictionary" by the China International Exchange Press, and in the same year, his resume was included in the "China National Situation Report" by the China Literature and History Press.
