　　Luo Lusheng, born in Qin'an County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province, currently resides in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Party members and soldiers. Graduated from Xinyang Army College, Air Force Command College, and Central China Normal University. Current cultural and artistic consultant for Central Media, and art consultant for Cultural Vision magazine. Vice President of China Century Dazifeng Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice President of Beijing Ancient and Modern Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the first executive director of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of China Couplet Association, member of the Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the New Literature and Art Group of China Calligrapher and Painter Association, director of the Public Relations Department of China Internet Alliance, director of the International Development Department of China Internet Alliance, member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association, art director of the International Celebrity Encyclopedia Art Organization Committee, art director of the Art Style Column Group of China Satellite Television, vice chairman of the National Calligrapher and Painter Art Committee, and distinguished academician of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute. I have been studying seal carving art for over 50 years. Published over 3000 seal carving works and over 2000 egg carving works. Honored as a military seal engraver, calligrapher, egg carving artist, and calligraphy artist. He has written "Collection of Lu Sheng's Seal Engraving", "Appreciation of Egg Carving Art", and "Chinese Characters and Calligraphy". In October 2008, Luo Lusheng won the Korea Friendship Award at the Sino Korean Painting and Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition. In 2012, he participated in Taiwan, China Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition and won the Taipei Cultural Exchange Contribution Award. In 2012, participated in the first art festival in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, exhibiting calligraphy, painting, and egg carving, and won a special award. In 2014, participated in the first Hubei Province Calligraphy and Painting Competition and won the Excellence Award. In May 2018, it was entered into the Chinese Cultural and Artistic Talent Pool by the Chinese Cultural and Artistic Talent Management Center. Invited to participate in the 21st Beijing Art Fair in September 2018. In 2018, he was invited to attend the 6th International Public Welfare Ceremony recorded in the CCTV Studio and was awarded the honorary title of "2018 International Chinese Art Pioneer". In the same year, he was invited to attend and participate in the recording of the 2019 Global Huaxia Star Spring Festival Gala. He performed on stage and was awarded the honorary title of "Most Artistic Accomplishment".
