　　章国兴，1953年出生江苏省江阴市，祖籍常州。国家一级美术师、中国文化艺术研究会理事、中国美术家协会会员、中国青年书画家协会理事、中国（香港）美术家协会会员、中国人民书画研究院会员、中国名家书画协会会员、常州市美术家协会会员、江阴临港经济开发区澄西书画协会会长（创始人）。

　　2025年被五国（美国、俄罗斯、英国、印度、阿根廷）文化使者联名推荐为“世界文化一中国代表人物”。

　　2025年被评为“中国珍藏级艺术家”

　　2024年被中央新影中学生频道《艺术之旅》聘为艺术顾问

　　2024年被授予“终身成就美术家”

　　2023年被中央电视台CCTV《艺术名家》栏目聘为艺术顾问

　　2023年5月，巨幅作品《祖国风光无限好，万象更新锦绣春》被美国巴拿马太平洋万国博览会中国区组委会永久性收藏。

　　2023年11月荣获108届美国巴拿马万国博览会最高荣誉奖

　　2023年，参加中国美术家协会举办的《中国艺术考级》获得教师资格证

　　参加第十届世界华商（吉隆坡）论坛，作品被组委会收藏。

　　Zhang Guoxing was born in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province in 1953, with ancestral roots in Changzhou. National first-class artist, member of the China Culture and Art Research Association, member of the China Artists Association, member of the China Youth Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the China (Hong Kong) Artists Association, member of the Chinese People's Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, member of the China Famous Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the Changzhou Artists Association, and president (founder) of the Chengxi Calligraphers and Painters Association in Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone. In 2025, he/she was jointly recommended by cultural ambassadors from five countries (the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, India, and Argentina) as a representative figure of world culture in China. In 2025, he/she was awarded the title of "Chinese Collected Artist". In 2024, he/she was hired as an art consultant by the Central New Film School Student Channel's "Art Journey". In 2024, he/she was awarded the title of "Lifetime Achievement Artist". In 2023, he/she was hired as an art consultant by the CCTV program "Art Masters". In May 2023, the large-scale work "Endlessly Beautiful Scenery of the Motherland, Renewal of Beautiful Spring" was permanently collected by the China Organizing Committee of the Panama Pacific International Exposition in the United States. In November 2023, won the highest honor award at the 108th Panama International Exposition in the United States. In 2023, participated in the "Chinese Art Grading Examination" organized by the China Artists Association, obtained a teacher qualification certificate, and participated in the 10th World Chinese Business (Kuala Lumpur) Forum. His works were collected by the organizing committee. In 2022, he was awarded the title of China's Winter Olympics Art Ambassador. In 2019, he was recommended as a "People's Artist" by the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 2019, he participated in an exhibition held in South Korea and won a gold medal for his work. He was awarded the title of "Ambassador for Cultural Exchange between China and South Korea". In 2017, he signed a contract with the Shanghai Art Expo International Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Center as a "contracted calligrapher and painter". In 2017, he was named a "model Chinese outstanding artist".
