　　姚鹰厦，1955年生，上海人， 别号里姚降人。自幼酷爱中国书画，临池学书几十年。师从文化学者、著名书画家、金石篆刻家、国学经典图书《壬辰千字文帖》撰著者曾璞先生，深得其悉心教诲及真传。

　　姚鹰厦从事工商行政管理工作数十年，特别是在消协工作期间，开创了消费者权益保护的新举措，全国第一辆“消费者权益保护”流动车的诞生，引起了全国各地的强烈反响，《人民日报》给予了报道称赞。在工作繁忙之余，姚鹰厦仍不忘挥翰临池，数十年一路走来，埋头钻研书法历史源流，刻苦临摹诸家碑帖，对皇象、钟繇、二王、褚遂良、米芾、赵孟頫等墨迹碑帖更是情有独钟。其尤擅小楷，特别是姚本三部曲，即《老子道德经》、《金刚般若波罗蜜经》和《善见律》卷，每一部为十米长卷的小楷作品，这些都是其小楷书法的代表作，深受书画藏家和书画爱好者的喜爱，并被广泛收藏。

　　Yao Yingxia, born in 1955, from Shanghai, also known as Liyao Jiangren. I have been passionate about Chinese calligraphy and painting since childhood, and have been studying in Linchi for decades. I studied under Mr. Zeng Pu, a cultural scholar, renowned calligrapher and painter, seal engraver, and author of the classic Chinese book "Renchen Qianzi Wen Tie", and deeply received his careful teachings and true teachings.

　　Yao Yingxia has been engaged in industrial and commercial administrative management for decades, especially during his time working in the Consumer Association. He pioneered new measures to protect consumer rights and interests, and the birth of the first "consumer rights protection" mobile vehicle in the country has caused strong reactions from all over the country. The People's Daily praised the report. In addition to his busy work schedule, Yao Yingxia never forgets to write calligraphy by hand. For decades, he has been immersed in studying the historical origins of calligraphy, diligently copying inscriptions from various schools of calligraphy. He has a special fondness for ink inscriptions from emperors such as Huang Xiang, Zhong Yao, Er Wang, Chu Suiliang, Mi Fu, and Zhao Mengfu. He is particularly skilled in small regular script, especially in the Yaoben trilogy, which includes the "Laozi Tao Te Ching," "Diamond Prajnaparamita Sutra," and "Shan Jian Lv," each consisting of ten meter long small regular script works. These are representative works of his small regular script calligraphy, deeply loved by calligraphy and painting collectors and enthusiasts, and widely collected.
