　　艺术简介

　　薛稳发，笔名亚杰，1954 年 8 月生于全国历史文化名城、中华史圣司马迁故乡一一陕西韩城。现为国家一级美术师，国务外交礼品师，中华国礼艺术家、2023 年福布斯中国(艺术福布斯)十大名人、当代艺术大师、爱国艺术形象大使、中国文化艺术国际传播大使、中外国际文化交流大使、中国古文化优秀传承者、中国最具影响力艺术家、中国书画领军人物、全国艺术模范人物。

　　现任全国人民艺术家信用管理中心书画艺术委员会主席、中儒文化产业联盟主席、香港中国书法家协会常务副会长、中国书法家协会会员、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会会员、中国楹联协会书法艺术研究会会员、中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院会员、中国企业报道艺术资本理事会副主席、中国企业文化促进会艺术家工作委员会委员、《中国书画宝库》书画评审鉴定委员会委员、中国国际报告文学研究会中华文化传承委员会专家委员。

　　其书法作品多次参加国际、全国、省市大赛，屡获金奖、特别金奖、最高荣誉奖、最高成就奖。并被众多企业、海内外学者及书画爱好者收藏，多副作品以国礼赠送外国政要；多次参加文化国际论坛，走进各国驻华大使馆进行人文交流；多次参加原文化部、中国文联等单位组织的外出及走进企业文化交流；多次参加中央春晚书画雅集录制。先后出版《亚杰书法作品集》、《薛稳发墨迹选》，2016 年 6 月和欧阳中石先生合作出版《中国书画两大家作品鉴赏》。个人传略及多幅作品被列入《中国艺术大家》、《中国书画家名人录》、《中国当代书画名家库》、《引领中国的时代骄子》、《书画典藏一一中国书画名家保值增值作品选集》、《华人精英人才大典》、《中国力量---- 创新人物成就大典》、《创新中国的时代先锋》、《中国梦共和国赞歌大型人物纪实典籍》、《中国书法史籍》、《中国书画当代名家》等诸多经典巨著，并被中央电视台、陕西电视台、央视网、中国书画网及各类媒体报刊多次采访报道。

　　Art Introduction

　　Xue Wenfa, pen name Yajie, was born in August 1954 in Hancheng, Shaanxi, a famous historical and cultural city in China and the hometown of the Chinese historian Sima Qian. I am currently a national first-class artist, a national diplomatic gift artist, a Chinese national gift artist, one of the top ten celebrities on Forbes China (Art Forbes) in 2023, a contemporary art master, a patriotic art ambassador, an international ambassador for Chinese culture and art, an ambassador for international cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, an excellent inheritor of Chinese ancient culture, the most influential artist in China, a leading figure in Chinese calligraphy and painting, and a national art model.

　　The current Chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the National People's Artists Credit Management Center, Chairman of the Chinese Confucian Cultural Industry Alliance, Executive Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Calligraphers Association, Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Member of the Central State Organs Calligraphers Association, Member of the New Culture and Art Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Member of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplets Association, Member of the Ink and Painting Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Academy of China Education Television, Vice Chairman of the China Enterprise Reporting Art Capital Council, Member of the Artists Working Committee of the China Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, Member of the Calligraphy and Painting Evaluation Committee of the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Treasure House", and Expert Member of the Chinese.

　　His calligraphy works have participated in international, national, and provincial competitions multiple times, winning numerous gold awards, special gold awards, highest honor awards, and highest achievement awards. And it has been collected by numerous enterprises, scholars at home and abroad, and calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. Many of its works have been presented as national gifts to foreign politicians; Participated in cultural international forums multiple times and visited embassies of various countries in China for cultural exchanges; Participated multiple times in cultural exchanges organized by the former Ministry of Culture, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and other organizations, both in and out of the company; Participated in the recording of the Central Spring Festival Gala calligraphy and painting collection multiple times.
