　　冯锦屏，著名书画家1957年4月出生连云港市。探索诗书画印五十余年。艺术作品数十次在国内外获得大奖。2007年荣获“联合国世界和平教育奖章”。同时在美国国际艺术节活动中获“国际文化学术奖”。布什总统及施瓦辛格州长亲笔签名祝贺。国画《桃花涧》被联合国新闻署收藏，《桃花涧春色》获99年联合国世界和平美术大展“国际文化学术奖”。2001年《万山红遍》获联合国世界美展杰出作品奖。安南签署了获奖证书，赞誉参展艺术家为世界和平作出了贡献。江苏电信2004年、发行一套四枚山水画电话卡，《冯锦屏作品选》在连云港市举行首发式。卡值总计一千万，外交部所属〈世界人文〉画报社将冯锦屏作为封面人物向世界介绍其艺术成就。今日中国杂志以七种语言向一百六十多个国家介绍他的艺术！。中央党校主管的《中华魂》杂志，求是主管的《小康》杂志都以大篇幅对其宣传报道。多次作品作为国礼赠送数十国家大使和政要。
