蘇占文，筆名佰姓、男、漢族，甘肅環縣人，自修書法函授，現任國家書協理事、中國國家書法協會副主席、人民藝術家書畫院院士、中華國禮特供藝術家、文化部名譽問。

自幼擅長書法，陶醉文學藝術，酷爱收藏，勇于創新，思維超前，在書法界取得了一定造詣和成就，引起了國家有關媒體、專家、學者的關注和認可，曾多次参加國内外藝術大展獲獎 40 多項，被授予“優秀人民藝術家”、“優秀民營企業創業家”、“德藝雙馨書法名家”等稱號。其書法《册頁》于2016年6月被中共中央辦公廳推選爲習近平主席出訪塞爾維亞的贈品。2017年4月創作的毛澤東詩詞《卜算子·咏梅》被中南海陳列收藏，2013-2017年速續五年被中國書畫界特邀名家全兩会發行作品專輯。2013年入選中華文化名人堂并授予“中華文化名人”。2014年與歐中石、沈鹏等推選“中國當代書法十大巨擘、財富中國創新人物”等榮譽稱號。至今仍筆耕不缀，日臻完美。

 Su Zhanwen, pen name Bai, male, Han ethnicity, from Huanxian County, Gansu Province. He self-taught calligraphy by correspondence and is currently a member of the National Calligraphy Association, Vice Chairman of the Chinese National Calligraphy Association, Academician of the People's Academy of Fine Arts Calligraphy and Painting, a special artist for the Chinese National Rites, and an honorary scholar of the Ministry of Culture.

Having been proficient in calligraphy since childhood, indulging in literature and art, loving collection, daring to innovate, and having advanced thinking, he has achieved certain accomplishments and achievements in the calligraphy industry, attracting the attention and recognition of relevant national media, experts, and scholars. He has participated in more than 40 domestic and foreign art exhibitions and won awards, and has been awarded titles such as "Excellent People's Artist", "Excellent Private Enterprise Entrepreneur", and "Deyi Shuangxin Calligraphy Master".   Mao Zedong's poem "Bu Ji · Yong Mei", created in April 2017, was displayed and collected in Zhongnanhai. From 2013 to 2017, it was quickly extended for five years and was released as an album by the Chinese calligraphy and painting industry's specially invited famous artists during the Quan Lianghui. In 2013, he was inducted into the Chinese Culture Hall of Fame and awarded the title of "Chinese Culture Celebrity". In 2014, we collaborated with Ouzhongshi, Shen Peng, and others to select honorary titles such as "Top 10 Contemporary Calligraphy Giants in China and Innovative Figures in Wealth China". To this day, my writing is still meticulous and perfect.
