多年来，周宝麟相继在河南、山东、北京、西安等地创办“大中国画院分院”，不断扩大书画院的影响力。大中国画院在周宝麟的领导下，逐渐成为华南地区最具影响力的画院之一。他不仅担任大中国画院院长，还身兼美国兰亭笔会副会长、广州市侨商会常务理事等多个职务，为书画艺术的发展贡献着自己的力量。

周宝麟对艺术的热爱和执着追求令人敬佩。他曾在广州文德路和金德大厦创办展厅，为书画家们提供更多的展示机会。他坦言，自己喜欢折腾，希望搭建更多的书画交易平台，实实在在为书画家做点好事和实事。在广州的岁月里，他学会了直面现实，先做人再画画，结识了许多志同道合的朋友，书画事业也从这里开始得到了拓展和升华。

面对艺术的艰辛和孤独，周宝麟从未退缩。他坚信，没有生活的磨难和急迫感，就很难有艺术灵性的提高。正是这种坚持不懈的精神和严谨的态度，使他在艺术创作道路上不断取得新的突破和成就。

Over the years, Zhou Baolin has successively established "branches of the Great Chinese Painting Academy" in Henan, Shandong, Beijing, Xi'an and other places, continuously expanding the influence of the painting and calligraphy academy. Under the leadership of Zhou Baolin, the Great Chinese Painting Academy gradually became one of the most influential painting academies in southern China. He not only serves as the president of the Great Chinese Painting Academy, but also holds multiple positions such as Vice President of the Lanting Pen Society in the United States and Executive Director of the Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, contributing his own strength to the development of calligraphy and painting art.

Zhou Baolin's love and persistent pursuit of art are admirable. He once established exhibition halls on Wende Road and Jinde Building in Guangzhou, providing more exhibition opportunities for calligraphers and painters. He admitted that he enjoys tinkering and hopes to build more calligraphy and painting trading platforms, truly doing something good and practical for calligraphers and painters. During his time in Guangzhou, he learned to face reality, be a good person before painting, and made many like-minded friends. His calligraphy and painting career also expanded and sublimated from here.

Faced with the hardships and loneliness of art, Zhou Baolin never retreated. He firmly believes that without the hardships and urgency of life, it is difficult to improve artistic spirituality. It is precisely this persistent spirit and rigorous attitude that have enabled him to continuously make new breakthroughs and achievements on the path of artistic creation.
