书画艺术家杨彬权受邀参加2024年法国巴黎第33届法国巴黎文化艺术交流展。

Calligraphy and painting artist Yang Binquan was invited to participate in the 33rd Paris Cultural and Art Exchange Exhibition in2024.

杨彬权，男、河北省邢台巨鹿县人，74年出生，1996年毕业于长沙炮兵学院。 现为中国书画报艺友会会员，中国老年书画研究会会员，中央美院客座教授，中央电视台CCTV今日视界书画名家，中国诗书画家网高级书画家，中国大众文化学会书画艺术专业委员会委员，中艺星光书画平台高级会员，新时代杰出文艺工作者，中外文化交流使者国礼艺术家等职。

自幼爱好书画，1993至1994年参加成都美院培训学习2年，为绘画技能奠定了坚实基础。长期不断探索书画技法和经验，书法行云流水洒脱自如；绘画以人物画和山水为多，画风细腻生动，多年来其作品在解放军报、解放军生活杂志和中国青年报等刊物发表，深受大众喜爱。近几年参加全国大赛多次获奖，并被中国书画报、百度、搜狐、今日头条和人民日报客户端等多家媒体宣传报道。其作品：《美在太行》、《万里江山图》和《临兰亭序》，被中国书画报艺委会审核通过参加全国巡展；《美在太行》和《江山俊秀》两幅山水作品，在两岸美术杂志社两岸书画精品评选活动中，经编委会严格评审，入编《两岸美术献礼中共二十大●两岸书画名家精品集》；参加第二届“新征程”全国诗书画印联赛获金奖；国画《山高水长》在“神州颂”全国诗书画家作品年赛中获得一等奖；《万里江山图》在入编2022—2023中国当代文艺家代表作年鉴中获一等奖。2022年11月被国家文旅部大众文化学会书画艺术专业委员会聘为该委员会委员，收集21幅书画作品，经国家相关部门审核通过，印制成邮票、电话充值卡和明信片等,面向国内外发行。2023年3月20日接受赞比亚大使馆的邀请，参加中非文化交流，其书画作品被赞比亚大使馆作为国礼收藏，并授予中非文化交流使者荣誉称号。2023年4月12日应邀参加布基纳法索驻华大使馆举办的经济文化推介会，作品被收藏。2023年7月5日应邀参加纳米比亚驻华大使馆举办的经济文化推介会，作品被收藏。2023年5月6日国画作品《云起龙飞》在北京民族文化宫展出，作品被国家邮政主管部门和澳门邮政正式收录“文化自信，民族复兴”主题《中国邮册》，面向国内外社会发行，其作品国礼润格经国家艺术品拍卖评估委员会、昌禾国际拍卖专家团队严格评估，并参照市场行情评估其书画作品每平尺为8000—10000元人民币。2023年6月第十届“相约北京”全国文学艺术大赛，作品《山河云海》获一等奖。2023年8月作品《峡谷春色》在第二届“晋唐杯”全国诗书画家创作赛获一等奖，2023年11月作品《江山无限》在第二届“神州颂”全国诗书画家作品年赛获一等奖。12月11日由中艺星光举办的全国书画精英作品拍卖会，作品《江山无限》以8000元竞拍成交。2024年1月受邀参加韩国驻华大使馆、玻利维亚驻华大使馆文化交流活动，作品被大使馆收藏，并授予该国文化交流使者荣誉称号。1月17日参加第四届“翰墨传情、盛世收藏”书画精英作品北京展，《多姿太行》荣获绘画类金奖，中宣部原机关党组书记，文艺局局长、老干部局局长马拴柱颁发获奖证书。2月9日作品《太行云雾》入展中国书画报“艺起跨年”作品展。被文旅部文化艺术管理中心艺术人才库连续授予2022和2023“年度优秀文艺工作者、中华书画精英”等荣誉称号。

 Yang Binquan, male, from Julu County, Xingtai, Hebei Province, was born in 1974 and graduated from Changsha Artillery Academy in 1996. I am currently a member of the China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper Art Friends Association, a member of the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a renowned calligrapher and painter at CCTV Today's Vision, a senior calligrapher and painter at the China Poetry and Calligraphy Painter Network, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Popular Culture, a senior member of the China Art Starlight Calligraphy and Painting Platform, an outstanding literary and artistic worker in the new era, and a cultural exchange ambassador for China and foreign countries.

I have had a passion for calligraphy and painting since childhood. From 1993 to 1994, I participated in a 2-year training program at Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts, laying a solid foundation for my painting skills. Continuously exploring calligraphy and painting techniques and experiences for a long time, calligraphy flows freely and freely; Painting mainly focuses on figure painting and landscape painting, with a delicate and vivid style. For many years, his works have been published in publications such as the People's Liberation Army Daily, the People's Liberation Army Life Magazine, and the China Youth Daily, and are deeply loved by the public. In recent years, I have won numerous awards in national competitions and have been promoted and reported by various media outlets such as China Calligraphy and Painting Daily, Baidu, Sohu, Today's Headlines, and People's Daily. His works, including "Beauty in Taihang", "Ten Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", and "Preface to Linlan Pavilion", have been reviewed and approved by the Art Committee of China Painting and Calligraphy Newspaper to participate in national exhibitions; The two landscape works, "Beauty in Taihang" and "Beautiful Mountains and Rivers", were rigorously evaluated by the editorial committee during the Cross Strait Fine Arts Magazine's Cross Strait Calligraphy and Painting Boutique Selection Activity, and were included in the "Cross Strait Fine Arts Gifts to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China - Collection of Famous Cross Strait Calligraphers and Painters Boutique"; Participated in the second "New Journey" National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Printing League and won a gold medal; The traditional Chinese painting "High Mountains and Long Waters" won first prize in the "Ode to Shenzhou" National Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painter Works Annual Competition; The "Ten Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" won first prize in the 2022-2023 Chinese Contemporary Literature and Art Representative Works Yearbook. In November 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Popular Culture Society of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China. He collected 21 calligraphy and painting works, which were reviewed and approved by relevant national departments, printed into stamps, telephone recharge cards, postcards, etc., and distributed domestically and internationally. On March 20, 2023, he accepted an invitation from the Zambian Embassy to participate in cultural exchange between China and Africa. His calligraphy and painting works were collected as a national gift by the Zambian Embassy and awarded the honorary title of Ambassador of Cultural Exchange between China and Africa. On April 12, 2023, I was invited to participate in an economic and cultural promotion event held by the Embassy of Burkina Faso in China, and my work was collected. On July 5, 2023, I was invited to participate in the Economic and Cultural Promotion Conference held by the Embassy of Namibia in China, and my work was collected. On May 6, 2023, the traditional Chinese painting "Clouds Rise and Dragons Fly" was exhibited at the Beijing Ethnic Culture Palace. The work was officially included in the "Cultural Confidence, National Revival" themed "China Post" by the national postal authorities and Macau Post, and was distributed to the domestic and foreign society. Its work, Guoli Runge, has been rigorously evaluated by the National Art Auction Evaluation Committee and the Changhe International Auction Expert Team, and its calligraphy and painting works have been evaluated to be priced at 8000 to 10000 yuan per square meter based on market conditions. In June 2023, at the 10th "Meeting Beijing" National Literature and Art Competition, the work "Mountains, Rivers, Clouds and Seas" won first prize. In August 2023, the work "Spring in the Canyon" won first prize in the second "Jin Tang Cup" National Poetry and Calligraphy Artist Creation Competition, and in November 2023, the work "Boundless Rivers and Mountains" won first prize in the second "Song of Shenzhou" National Poetry and Calligraphy Artist Works Competition. On December 11th, the National Elite Painting and Calligraphy Auction was held by Zhongyi Xingguang, and the artwork "Boundless Rivers and Mountains" was auctioned and sold for 8000 yuan. In January 2024, he was invited to participate in the cultural exchange activities of the South Korean Embassy in China and the Bolivian Embassy in China. His works were collected by the embassy and awarded the honorary title of cultural exchange ambassador to the country.On January 17th, he participated in the 4th "Hanmo Passion, Prosperous Collection" Calligraphy and Painting Elite Exhibition in Beijing. "Colorful Taihang" won the Gold Award in the Painting category, and Ma Shuanzhu, former Party Secretary of the Central Propaganda Department, Director of the Bureau of Literature and Art, and Director of the Bureau of Retired Cadres, presented the award certificate. On February 9th, the work "Taihang Clouds and Mists" was exhibited at the "Yiqi New Year" exhibition of China Calligraphy and Painting Daily. Has been continuously awarded the honorary titles of "Outstanding Literary and Artistic Worker and Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Elite of the Year" in 2022 and 2023 by the Art Talent Pool of the Cultural and Art Management Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
