　　税丕光，男，69岁，党员，大学学历，工程师。自幼酷爱书法跟随父亲学习，82年跟随泸州市书法家陈天啸和余安中老师习书，后去北京培训学习，至今习书50余年，主要研习二王书法。现为国家一级书法师，泸州市书协会员，泸州市老研会理事，四川省老研会会员，中国老年书画研究会会员，中国当代书画协会理事，中国书画家协会理事。多次参加市和全国书法展，2010年在“橘子洲“杯全国书画大赛中获金奖;2011年在首届全国书画名家小品邀请展中获“最佳创作奖”;2012年第五届“神州杯“书画大赛中获金奖;2012年中组部举办的全国离退休干部“诗书画”展中获二等奖等奖项。2015年中国国际集邮网纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利七十周年选中十几副作品并制作成珍藏邮册发行。其他作品中国美术网及环球美术网上展出。

In 1982, I studied under the calligraphers Chen Tianxiao and Yu Anzhong from Luzhou City. Later, I went to Beijing for training and learning. I have been studying calligraphy for more than 50 years, mainly studying the calligraphy of the Two Kings. I am currently a national first-class calligrapher, a member of the Luzhou Calligraphy Association, a director of the Luzhou Elderly Research Association, a member of the Sichuan Elderly Research Association, a member of the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a director of the China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Association, and a director of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association. Participated in numerous city and national calligraphy exhibitions, won a gold medal in the "Orange Island" Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2010, and won the "Best Creation Award" in the first National Calligraphy and Painting Masterpiece Invitation Exhibition in 2011; Won a gold medal in the 5th "Shenzhou Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2012, and won a second prize and other awards at the National Retired Cadres "Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting" Exhibition held by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee in 2012. In 2015, China International Philatelic Network selected more than ten works to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti Fascist War, and produced them into a collection album for distribution.
