牟宜成，1970年，出生于重庆市万州区瀼渡镇。作品在北京国艺美术馆举办的"迎接党的十九大暨纪念建军九十周年书画展中获二等奖。在纪念香港回归祖国二十周年全国诗词书画摄影作品大赛中,获金奖。同时获收藏牌。

Mou Yicheng, born in 1970 in Langdu Town, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.
