罗广义，男，1951年生于河北固安。画家郑壬和先生入室弟子，侍奉恩师三十多年。罗广义于1985年毕业于天津广播电视大学中文专业，于1996年毕业于中国书画函授大学国画专业，2003年结业于清华美院名家导师高研班。现为清华美院清美艺术创作研究会会员，河北省廊坊市硬笔书法协会副主席，廊坊市职工书画协会副会长，廊坊大千书画院院长。罗广义山水画技术娴熟，作品颇具诗情画意。更是擅长多种书体，榜书雄浑壮闊，端庄厚重;楷书丰姿绰约，法度严谨;行书妍美流便，俊逸潇洒!作品多次获大奖。罗广义作品多次登上各大艺术报刊，如香港《经典生活》，北京《中外艺术交流》，《中国绘画年鉴》，《中国艺术品软黄金》等。罗广义于2022年九月被联合国评为国际和平艺术家，其部分书画作品被欧洲集邮协会印制成邮票发行。罗广义书画作品深受大众欢迎，被多家机构和个人收藏。著名书画评论家史峰先生评论说，罗广义先生深师碑帖作书法，亦出口成章妙作诗篇，书以载道，诗以舒情，是当代极具文人修养的大手笔。

罗广义致力于中国传统书画的继承、宏扬、传播，在廊坊成立了"大千书画院"和"大千书画学校"，提出了"弘道，养正，崇德，尚贤"的宗旨。十年来培训了近万名学生，为当地的文化事业作出了突出贡献!

Luo Guangyi, male, born in 1951 in Gu'an, Hebei. Painter Zheng Renhe became a disciple and served his mentor for over thirty years. Luo Guangyi graduated from Tianjin Radio and Television University with a major in Chinese in 1985, and from the Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting with a major in Chinese Painting in 1996. In 2003, he graduated from the prestigious master's program at Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts. I am currently a member of the Qingmei Art Creation Research Association of Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, Vice Chairman of the Hard Pen Calligraphy Association in Langfang City, Vice Chairman of the Langfang Workers Calligraphy and Painting Association, and Dean of the Langfang Daqian Calligraphy and Painting Institute. Luo Guangyi is skilled in landscape painting techniques and his works are quite poetic and picturesque. Moreover, he excels in various genres of books, with majestic and dignified rankings; Regular script is rich and graceful, with rigorous legal regulations; The running script is beautiful, flowing, and elegant! The work has won numerous awards. Luo Guangyi's works have appeared in various art newspapers and magazines, such as Hong Kong's "Classic Life", Beijing's "Sino foreign Art Exchange", "Chinese Painting Yearbook", "Soft Gold of Chinese Art", and so on. In September 2022, Luo Guangyi was awarded the title of International Peace Artist by the United Nations, and some of his calligraphy and painting works were printed and distributed as stamps by the European Philatelic Association. Luo Guangyi's calligraphy and painting works are highly popular among the public and have been collected by multiple institutions and individuals. Mr. Shi Feng, a famous calligraphy and painting critic, commented that Mr. Luo Guangyi deeply learned calligraphy from stele inscriptions and also wrote exquisite poems with great eloquence. Books carry the Tao, while poetry soothes emotions, making him a masterpiece of contemporary literary cultivation.

Luo Guangyi is committed to the inheritance, promotion, and dissemination of traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy. He established the "Daqian Painting and Calligraphy Academy" and "Daqian Painting and Calligraphy School" in Langfang, proposing the purpose of "promoting morality, cultivating righteousness, advocating virtue, and valuing virtue". Over the past decade, we have trained nearly 10000 students and made outstanding contributions to the local cultural cause!
