聂楚西，曾用名：张宗一。贵州省榕江县人。

　　建筑工程师、建筑造价师。

　　我出生于书香世家，与共和国同龄。

　　父母饱读经史，我自幼耳濡目染，遍览诸子百家。受父母、兄长影响，好丝竹、音律、书法。随父兄，亦步亦趋，国学、国粹、影响终身。

　　我家境殷实，富甲一方。三叔、大哥、二哥均黄埔毕业。大哥赴台，三叔和二哥起义，成为光荣的解放军，二哥入朝做“最可爱的人”后退伍为教师。不久，锒铛入狱22年，直至平反。

　　我三岁跟着姐姐沿街乞讨，在极贫中以优异的成绩初中毕业。然而，学堂的大门对他永远关闭，从此开始了苦难人生。

　　我16岁为公路局合同工，20岁以”莫须有”被捕入狱。一审以死缓上报(平反后知)，后改判。经血与火的洗礼。劫后余生，十年炼狱，一朝平反，恢复名誊，恢复工作。为抢回耽误的十年，自学大学(除外语)的全部课程，自修工民建。七县统考名列榜首，获建筑工程师、工程预结算员(今造价师)资格。因健康原因，33岁退休。从此以建筑谋生。著有【我之管理观】为建筑培训作教材。

　　我父辈为县里知名文化人，书法亦属姣姣者，时被称为“一门三黄埔，两代四书家”。我沿袭家风，加之对知识的渴求，临池、抚弦不辍。耕耘于默默，成长于夹缝。书习四体，琴操六门。尤以书艺、琴艺为最。谨遵古法，愽采众长;楷行草隶，博览兼蓄;毛笔硬笔，双管齐下;以古为髓，窃成己风。集诗词歌赋、琴棋书画、工、农、文、体、技、艺于一身。对文学、书法、音乐的爱好和追求贯穿整个人生。

　　现为中国硬笔书法协会会员，中国国际文化传播中心中山联络办艺术顾问、黔东南州书协会员，澳门中华传统文化学会荣誉会长，田英章中山书院副院长，三乡分院院长兼书法、音乐指导老师。

　　获全国书画家委员会评为“中国国礼艺术大师”;

　　获聘“国家一级美朮师艺术顾问”;

　　获聘“国宾礼特邀艺术顾问”;

　　My parents have studied extensively in the classics and history, and I have been influenced by them since I was young. I have visited various schools of thought. Influenced by parents and older brothers, he excels in silk and bamboo, music, and calligraphy. Following my father and brother, I followed suit step by step, focusing on traditional Chinese culture, national essence, and lifelong influence.

　　I come from a wealthy family. Third Uncle, Big Brother, and Second Brother all graduated from Huangpu. The eldest brother went to Taiwan, and the third uncle and second brother rebelled, becoming the glorious People's Liberation Army. The second brother became the "cutest person" in the court and retired as a teacher. Shortly thereafter, he was imprisoned for 22 years until he was rehabilitated.

　　I begged along the street with my sister at the age of three, and graduated from junior high school with excellent grades in extreme poverty. However, the gate of the school was forever closed to him, and from then on, a life of hardship began.

　　I was a contract worker at the Highway Bureau at the age of 16, and was arrested and imprisoned for "unfounded" reasons at the age of 20. The first instance was reported with a death sentence suspended (to be known after rectification), and the verdict was later changed. The baptism of menstrual blood and fire. After surviving the disaster, he spent ten years in purgatory, was rehabilitated once, his reputation was restored, and he resumed work. To make up for the missed decade, self-study all courses in universities (except for foreign languages) and self-study civil engineering and architecture. Ranked first in the seven county unified examination and obtained qualifications as a construction engineer and engineering pre settlement officer (now a cost engineer). Retired at the age of 33 due to health reasons. From then on, he made a living by building. I have written "My Management View" as a textbook for architectural training.

　　My father's generation was a well-known cultural figure in the county, and calligraphy was also considered a masterpiece. At that time, he was known as the "Three Whampoa Schools, Two Generations, Four Calligraphers". I follow the family tradition, coupled with a thirst for knowledge, and I never stop at Linchi and Fuxian. Cultivate silently and grow in the cracks. Study the four body movements and perform the six piano exercises. Especially in the arts of calligraphy and piano. Adhere to ancient laws and gather the talents of the masses; Kai Xing Cao Li, with both extensive and abundant resources; A brush and a hard pen, dual pronged approach; Taking the past as the essence, stealing becomes one's own style. Integrating poetry, song and prose, qin, chess, calligraphy and painting, industry, agriculture, literature, sports, skills, and art. The love and pursuit of literature, calligraphy, and music run through the entire life.

　　I am currently a member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, an art consultant at the Zhongshan Liaison Office of the China International Cultural Communication Center, a member of the Qiandongnan Prefectural Calligraphy Association, Honorary President of the Macau Chinese Traditional Culture Society, Vice President of the Zhongshan Academy by Tian Yingzhang, and Dean and Calligraphy and Music Guidance Teacher of the Sanxiang Branch.
