魏训海，笔名卫征、大海，1966年山东孔孟之乡济宁生人。1986年大学毕业后任职中国石油化工集团，荣获髙级职称。退休后，任职或兼职中国书画院理事、中国翰林书画院副院长、全国书画艺术委员会主席、中国香港书法家（美术家）协会名誉主席。受邀参加韩国首尔世界艺术博览会，参加北京时尚经典-中国书画名家邀请展，在北京一得阁美术馆展出，受邀参加中国北京世界艺术博览会，受邀为为北京八达岭壁画题词等等。书画作品被中国邮政、墨西哥驻华大使馆、北京大学等企事业单位及个人收藏。著有诗集《生活随想曲》。

Wei Xunhai, pen name Wei Zheng and Hai Hai, was born in Jining, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius in Shandong in 1966. After graduating from university in 1986, he worked for China Petrochemical Group and was awarded a senior professional title. After retirement, he/she will serve as a director of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, vice president of the Chinese Hanlin Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, chairman of the National Committee of Calligraphy and Painting Arts, and honorary chairman of the Hong Kong Calligraphers (Artists) Association. Invited to participate in the Seoul World Art Expo in South Korea, attend the Beijing Fashion Classics - Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters Invitation Exhibition, exhibit at the Yide Ge Art Museum in Beijing, participate in the Beijing World Art Expo in China, and write inscriptions for Beijing Badaling murals, etc. Calligraphy and painting works have been collected by enterprises, institutions, and individuals such as China Post, the Mexican Embassy in China, Peking University, etc. He has written a poetry collection called "Life Rhapsody".
