韩明，艺名，九月枫，湖南邵阳人，1958 年 10 月生。中共党员，大学文化，高级职称。

现为中国书法家协会会员；中国书画研究院研究员；中国武林书画家协会副主席；中国大成拳研究会常务事理；中国纪实摄影家协会会员。

2008 年，获“和谐中国”书法大赛银奖:

2010年获中国武林书画十大风云人物奖。

2012年8月被中国书画家协会授予“中国优秀艺术家”荣誉称号。

2013年获“金紫荆杯”全奖；

2013年入编中国书画名家大典；

2013年7月被中国艺术家研究委员会授予“中国艺术家”称号。

2013年：获首届“滕王阁杯”文学艺术大赛书画书法一等奖

2010 年国际《风云人物》杂志社以《湖南一支笔》 为题对其进行专题报道。

韩明先生不仅酷爱书法，生活沉溺在琴涛墨海之中不能自拔。由于他有着良好的书写素质和字外功夫，艺术的互为补偿,互为借用,互为促进,可谓落笔生花,墨趣横生。

只有法度与气韵兼备,才能使作品日臻完善，法度就是指笔法、字法，章法和墨法。 笔法指运笔的速度、力度及形态变化;字法是指各种字体笔画的特点和规律;墨法是作品干、湿、浓、淡、润等墨的变化;章法是指作品整体的布局,也可以说是正文、落款及印章的摆布,字与字之间、行与行之间的呼应以及线条表现力给人的直观感觉。韩先生就是通循书法规律和法则的代表性人物。

Only by combining the technique of writing, calligraphy, composition, and ink can a work be perfected. Pen technique refers to the speed, strength, and changes in form of the brush used; Zifa refers to the characteristics and patterns of various font strokes; Ink technique refers to the variation of ink in a work, including dryness, wetness, richness, lightness, and smoothness; Zhangfa refers to the overall layout of a work, which can also be said to be the arrangement of the main text, signature, and seal, the coordination between words, lines, and the intuitive feeling of line expression. Mr. Han is a representative figure who follows the laws and principles of calligraphy.
