强德贵(笔名紫轩)，1953年生，中共党员，高中毕业，系甘肃省西和县人。自幼酷爱书法，勤学苦练，潜心专研，从未间断，以郑板桥、王羲之、米芾、黄庭坚、欧阳修、赵孟頫、毛泽东等书法大家融为一体集众家之长，风格独特，社会影响很大，为中国的文化传承寻求发展创新之路。强德贵先生所创作品疏密有致、沉雄苍劲，简约有神、厚重大气，吸收各家所长，形神兼备功力深厚，宁静的气场，火热的能量使人心旷神怡，赏目悦心。已形成自我独特的艺术风格，极具时代特色，是当今书法界极具代表性的艺术家之一。由中华人民共和国文化和旅游部,中华人民共和国艺术职称美术师职称审定委员会共同联合授予强德贵为国家一级书法师著名人。现为中国书法家协会会员，甘肃省书法家协会会员，中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院会员，南京长江书画院名誉院长，中国东夷书画研究院特聘为院士、副秘书长，中国东夷书画研究院兰州分院院长，中国诗歌春晚签约艺术家，孔子美术馆客座教授。中国通俗文艺研究会会员，中国艺术名家荣誉称号，中国艺术名家工作室，中国楹联学会评为联墨艺术品鉴定中心书画专家，书画信息管理委员会主席。国家十三五规划课题正式出炉强德贵谈《中国书法未来》课题荣获教育科研成果一等奖.2022年6月被全球文化艺术交流中心，全球文化艺术协会共同联合推选担任主席职务，任期终身，国内外官网公示。2022年8月经国家国宝级艺术大师评审委员会，国礼文化艺术调研委员会研究决定，特聘为“国礼文化网特邀顾问“，并授予"国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号.曾经与王铎、靳尚谊、权希军、黄永玉、范迪安、孙晓云、冯远、范曾、铁疑、沈鹏等老前辈合作过画册书籍。长卷并出版、国内外发行。2023年12月经中华人民共和国国务院批准，“享受国家政府特殊津贴”，并颁发证书。

Qiang Degui (pen name Zixuan), born in 1953, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from high school and is from Xihe County, Gansu Province. I have been passionate about calligraphy since childhood, studying and practicing diligently, dedicating myself to specialized research without interruption. I have integrated the strengths of various calligraphers, such as Zheng Banqiao, Wang Xizhi, Mi Fu, Huang Tingjian, Ouyang Xiu, Zhao Mengfu, Mao Zedong, and others. With a unique style and significant social influence, I am seeking a path of development and innovation for the inheritance of Chinese culture. Mr. Qiang Degui's works are dense, majestic and vigorous, simple and profound, absorbing the strengths of various schools. They possess both form and spirit, and possess profound skills. The tranquil aura and fiery energy make people feel relaxed and happy, pleasing to the eye and heart. Has formed a unique artistic style with distinctive characteristics of the times, and is one of the most representative artists in the calligraphy industry today. Qiang Degui was jointly awarded the title of National First Class Calligrapher by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China and the Artist Title Approval Committee of the People's Republic of China. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Gansu Calligraphers Association, a member of the China Education Television Ink Painting Academy, Honorary Dean of the Nanjing Yangtze River Calligraphy and Painting Academy, specially appointed as an academician and deputy secretary-general of the China Dongyi Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, Dean of the Lanzhou Branch of the China Dongyi Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, a contracted artist for the Chinese Poetry Spring Festival Gala, and a visiting professor at the Confucius Art Museum. Member of the Chinese Popular Literature and Art Research Association, Honorary Title of Chinese Artist, Chinese Artist Studio, awarded as a Calligraphy and Painting Expert by the Chinese Couplet Association for the Identification of Ink and Calligraphy Art, and Chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Information Management Committee. The national 13th Five Year Plan project has officially been launched, and the topic of "The Future of Chinese Calligraphy" has won the first prize in educational research achievements. In June 2022, it was jointly selected by the Global Cultural and Art Exchange Center and the Global Cultural and Art Association to serve as the chairman for a lifetime, and is publicly announced on domestic and foreign official websites. In August 2022, the National Treasure level Art Master Evaluation Committee and the National Ritual Culture and Art Research Committee decided to appoint him as the "Special Invited Consultant of the National Ritual Culture Network" and award him the honorary title of "National Treasure level Art Master". He has collaborated with senior artists such as Wang Duo, Jin Shangyi, Quan Xijun, Huang Yongyu, Fan Dian, Sun Xiaoyun, Feng Yuan, Fan Zeng, Tie Yi, Shen Peng, etc. He has published a long volume and distributed it domestically and internationally. In December 2023, with the approval of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, he was granted a special government allowance and a certificate.
