韩建飞：著名军旅书法家、国家一级书法师、国礼书法师，男，汉族，笔名凡一、一凡，号冰城飘雪，斋号戎墨堂主，1974年3月出生于黑龙江省兰西县，祖籍山东文登，现居住于黑龙江省哈尔滨市。1994年12月加入中国人民解放军，1996年3月加入中国共产党。毕业于石家庄陆军指挥学院，大学学历。三次荣立个人三等功。多次被评为优秀共产党员，长期在中国人民解放军和武警部队工作，培养了高尚的道德情操和坚韧不拔的意志品质。黑龙江省书法家协会会员;哈尔滨市书法家协会会员。书法作品多次参加地方和部队书展，代表作多次参加部队书法展并获一等奖。

Born in March 1974 in Lanxi County, Heilongjiang Province, with ancestral roots in Wendeng, Shandong Province, he currently resides in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. He joined the People's Liberation Army in December 1994 and the CPC in March 1996. Graduated from Shijiazhuang Army Command College with a university degree. Three times honored with personal third class merit. He has been awarded the title of Excellent Communist Party Member multiple times and has worked in the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force for a long time, cultivating noble moral character and resilient willpower. Member of Heilongjiang Calligraphers Association; Member of Harbin Calligraphers Association. Calligraphy works have participated in local and military book exhibitions multiple times, and representative works have participated in military calligraphy exhibitions multiple times and won first prizes.
