　　王瑞霖 ( 梦石 )，1941 年生，江苏宜兴人。

　　1966 年毕业于北京建筑工程学院，师从吴冠中、彦涵、高冠华。

　　1966 年至1978 年在北京颐和园管理处任美术设计，1978 年至 2001 年在外文局中国文学出版社任美术编辑、美术组组长、副编审，撰写美术评论文章百余篇计二十余万字。编余从事中国山水画研究和创作，作品多次参加国内外重要展览并多次获奖。2002 年任北京瀚艺德文物鉴定中心文物鉴定专家，2008 年任人力资源和社会保障部组织的“中国就业培训指导中心”文化管理项目文物鉴定专家组成员，2019 年 1 月被中国文学界联合会授予“德艺双馨艺术家”荣誉称号。

　　1990 年入选新华出版社编辑出版《中国新百家》画集。

　　1991 年及1992 年在韩国汉城中华画廊举办“王瑞霖中国画展”。

　　1992 年获日本国际同盟本部颁发“第二届国际宝鼎艺术大奖”。

　　2009 年获第六届中国山水画大展“三百家荣誉奖”及“当代山水画艺术杰出成就奖”。

　　Wang Ruilin (Mengshi), born in 1941, is from Yixing, Jiangsu.

　　Graduated from Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering in 1966, under the guidance of Wu Guanzhong, Yan Han, and Gao Guanhua.

　　From 1966 to 1978, he worked as an art designer at the Summer Palace Management Office in Beijing. From 1978 to 2001, he worked as an art editor, art group leader, and deputy editor at the Chinese Literature Publishing House of the Foreign Languages Bureau, writing over a hundred art review articles totaling more than 200000 words. Bian Yu is engaged in the research and creation of Chinese landscape painting, and his works have participated in many important exhibitions at home and abroad and won awards multiple times. In 2002, he was appointed as a cultural relic appraisal expert at the Beijing Hanyide Cultural Relics Appraisal Center. In 2008, he became a member of the cultural relic appraisal expert group for the "China Employment Training and Guidance Center" cultural management project organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. In January 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "German and Artistic Double Happiness Artist" by the China Federation of Literary Circles.

　　In 1990, he was selected to edit and publish the painting collection "China's New Hundred Masters" by Xinhua Publishing House.

　　In 1991 and 1992, the "Wang Ruilin Chinese Painting Exhibition" was held at the Chinese Gallery in Seoul, South Korea.

　　In 1992, he was awarded the "Second International Baoding Art Award" by the Japan League of Nations headquarters.

　　In 2009, he won the "Three Hundred Honorary Awards" and the "Outstanding Achievement Award for Contemporary Landscape Painting Art" at the 6th China Landscape Painting Exhibition.
