　　Xiao Tingliang, a renowned Chinese artist and a master of Chinese calligraphy and painting, was born in Liaoyang in 1949. His main achievements include receiving praise from Mr. Chen Lifu in Taiwan for his works, and repeatedly mentioning them as follows: "1. With wisdom and benevolence, one can obtain it and keep it forever; 2. The Way is not far away; 3. Xiao Tingliang's calligraphy and painting exhibitions."
