王培学女书画家。祖籍上海，中国电影演员、制片.编剧王次龙孙女，现居深圳，中国书画院书画家中国国际书画艺术研究会书画家，全球国际文化艺术交流中心书画家中国教育部考试评审国家高级书法指导师，国家职称评审委员考试评审获国家高级美术师、书法师。中国文化艺术人才管理中心艺术委员会副主任，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。作品2012年至2018年在中国美术报中国香港美术报，沈阳日报，辽宁省职工报多次报导。2018年至2023年全国文化下基层委员会及中央电视台国际频道评审为全国人大会议、全国政协会议荣获两会‘德艺双磬人民艺术家”。2021年纪念中国共产党诞辰100周年获中国书法家协会、中国美术家协会中国国家书画院等单位授予“德艺双磬人民艺术家”。

Wang Peixue is a female calligrapher and painter. Born in Shanghai, granddaughter of Wang Cilong, a Chinese film actor, producer, and screenwriter, currently residing in Shenzhen. She is a calligrapher and painter at the China Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a calligrapher and painter at the China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, and a calligrapher and painter at the Global Center for International Cultural and Art Exchange. She has been recognized as a National Senior Calligraphy Instructor by the Chinese Ministry of Education Examination and Evaluation Committee, and has been recognized as a National Senior Artist and Calligrapher by the National Professional Title Evaluation Committee. Vice Chairman of the Art Committee of the China Cultural and Art Talent Management Center and Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee. The work was reported multiple times in China Art Daily, Hong Kong Art Daily, Shenyang Daily, and Liaoning Provincial Workers' Daily from 2012 to 2018. From 2018 to 2023, the National Grassroots Committee of Culture and the CCTV International Channel were awarded the title of "People's Artist with the Double Bell of Virtue and Art" at the National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 2021, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the CPC, he was awarded "People's Artist of Deyi Shuangqing" by China Calligrapher's Association, China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, China Artists Association and other units.
