【武术】武术世家，自幼习武精通温州南拳、少林拳、太极拳、二红拳等。第八届香港国际武术比赛冠军、女子全能亚军、第三届全国传统武术比赛冠军、第一届浙江省传统武术锦标赛冠军、第十一届香港国际武术比赛优秀裁判员。中国武术协会会员，中国武术六段，中国武术指导员、考评员、教练员、裁判员。

【诗书】中华诗词学会会员中国楹联学会会员作家协会会员中国当代诗人，优秀作家，《中国当代诗人诗选》签约作家，原创诗词千首《中国诗人年度诗歌》副主编

【儒释道】曾担任浙江大学道教文化研究中心副秘书长，浙江大学东西方文化与管理研究中心副秘书长，工作之余,收集整理全国道教典藏资源，为《东方道藏》做出了卓越贡献。退休后,兼修佛儒，知行合一。

Founder of Hangzhou Sanjing Painting and Calligraphy Academy

A talented woman in both literature and martial arts - talented in poetry, calligraphy, painting, and martial arts! The person who practices the three religions of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism together is known as Sanjing.

I am currently the Dean of Sanjing Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a member of China Artists Association, a visiting professor at China Academy of Fine Arts, a member of China Education Television Ink Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and a member of Ye Qianyu Research Association.

Martial Arts: A family of martial arts experts who have been proficient in Wenzhou Nanquan, Shaolin Boxing, Tai Chi, Erhong Boxing, and other martial arts since childhood. Champion of the 8th Hong Kong International Martial Arts Competition, runner up in women's all-around competition, champion of the 3rd National Traditional Martial Arts Competition, champion of the 1st Zhejiang Provincial Traditional Martial Arts Championship, and outstanding referee of the 11th Hong Kong International Martial Arts Competition. Member of the Chinese Martial Arts Association, Chinese Martial Arts Section 6, Chinese Martial Arts instructor, evaluator, coach, and referee.

Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism have served as the Deputy Secretary General of the Center for Taoist Culture Research at Zhejiang University and the Deputy Secretary General of the Center for Eastern and Western Culture and Management Research at Zhejiang University. In addition to work, they have collected and organized national Taoist collection resources, making outstanding contributions to the Oriental Taoist Collection. After retirement, he also studied Buddhism and Confucianism, integrating knowledge and action.
