彭新平，笔名：树提始祖，出生于1976年2月。国家一级书法美术师，树型字创始人，受国家非物质文化遗产保护。

其创新书法被英国牛津学院命名为“生命之书”，已出版《彭体树型字书法大全》填补中国，乃至世界没树型文字，书法的空白。中国版权保护审核，获得《作品登记证书》。树体已成为新的一体文字，结束填补了中国书法历史中没有树状文字，进一步从根本上丰富、美化了中国文字艺术。从此世界多出一款新文字书法艺术。书法作品《难得糊涂》、《耕耘树艺》入展北京地铁一号线《文化中国》主题巡展专列。已修炼出新的一体书法正果——树体书法。

2019年建国70周年、评为"中华文化大使";
