魏宝玉(魏保玉)，字如卿，笔名沂蒙山人、蒙山老魏 。中共党员。中国书画函大毕业。费县文史、旅游专家，颜真卿和沂蒙山小调研究专家，抗大精神传承人。当代书画篆刻剪纸艺术家。世界艺术名人。社会活动家。1943年生，山东费县人。1962年回乡知青，历任赤脚医生、团支部书记，曲阜、临沂社敎队员，费县社敎组长、区委组织干事，县化肥厂锅炉工人(文革)，公社干部，县委宣传部秘书，县政府办公室副主任兼县史志办主任 、县委宣传部副部长、县政府公室主任、副县级县长助理、县政协副主席、临沂市政协委员、在职42年， 干一行爱一行专一行，被称为“老黄牛”“实干家”“费县通”“活字典”。先后获费县优秀回乡知青、 地县民兵学雷锋标兵、辛大铁路先进工作者、山东省政协优秀文史工作者、第三次全国人口普查临沂地区先进工作者、第四次人口普查国家级先进个人、临沂地区尊师重教先进个人、优秀红十字会员、三项康复先进个人、十余次模范通讯员、临沂市宣传人民政协特别奖、费县优秀党务工作者、优秀公仆、宣传费县贡献奖等各种政治奖励50余次，受到多位党和国家领导人接见。是费县书画篆刻、文学、集邮、奇石、根艺等多种学术艺术组织创建负责人。花甲退休考取导游员，学会电脑打字，上网发文，宣传交流。连任颜真卿研究会会长、县书协主席、颜真卿书画院院长、颜真卿研究院执行院长兼《颜真卿研究》主编、县关工委副主任、县老年书画协会副主席、史志文史旅游等顾问，致力多项社会公益事业。为弘扬优秀传统文化和红色文化，传承红色基因，打造颜真卿和沂蒙山小调文化名牌，倾情关心下一代和繁荣书画艺术事业，作出了独到的奉献。应邀连续出席第7至14届世界颜氏文化联谊大会，被称为“世界颜氏族人的好朋友”，先后获“世界颜氏文化杰出贡献奖”、“世界颜子文化交流联谊活动贡献奖”，“临沂市优秀离退休干部党员”，“优秀‘五老’志愿者”，山东“全省关心下一代先进工作者”、山东省关心下一代“最美五老”，“山东省观赏石协会先进工作者”，“沂蒙最美老人”，费县“优秀共产党员”，临沂市“助力强市建设最美退休干部”、“费县好人”，费县文联成立30周年优秀个人，中国老年书画研究会优秀个人会员，“全国关心下一代先进工作者”等奖励和荣誉称号。

爱好广泛，自学成才。60多年来临帖读帖，拜师求贤，遍访名家，广纳博采，形成多种艺术包融风格，书法楷、行、草、隶、篆皆习，尤攻行草、毛体、颜体和篆刻剪纸艺术，诗书画印剪纸融为一体。作品多次参加国内外展览、获奖。作品传入多个国家和被全国农民运动会、中国日本韩国青少年体育大会、李宗仁纪念馆、北京亚运会、奥运会、国防大学、纪念馆等几十处收藏。入编《世界名人大辞典》《世界书画篆刻家辞典》《中华百年国粹》《中华人民共和国杰出书画艺术名家大典》《百家档案传承》《墨染中华》《中国艺坛名家雅集-大道同行》等近百部典籍书刊。出版《艺术大师三人行》(欧阳中石、魏宝玉、沈鹏)、《当代书画名家魏宝玉》等专集。2019和2021年，分别创作70幅和100幅诗书画印剪纸红色作品个人专题展览，向国庆70周年和建党百年奉献厚礼。倡导“做好中国人，写好中国字，干好中国事，实现中国梦。”
