韩必恒1963年生于浙江，自幼与佛结缘，法号智恒。善画花鸟，佛像。中国国务外事国宾礼特供艺术家、国家一级美术师，从事于文化工作并被特邀入选中国功勋人物。由文化与旅游部授予《一代艺术大师》荣誉称号、非遗文化传播大使、国务外交礼品师，2013年入编中国文联年鉴。

目前韩必恒先生书画作品被毛泽东纪念堂、中南海、人民大会堂、各大部委领导永久收藏。富贵吉祥图(工笔重彩孔雀600X170cm)悬挂展示在全国人大会议中心第一会议室。《富贵图》重彩孔雀480X180cm悬挂于胡锦涛总书记会议室。《一堂和气图》130X350cm悬挂展示在中直北戴河国家湿地森林公园。《华严三圣图》被台湾省国民党主席洪秀柱收藏。《观音菩萨》宝像由普陀山、九华山、五台山、峨眉山、雪窦山等方丈收藏。国画作品《朱鹮》，温家宝总理签名由北戴河国家湿地公园出版(五彩湿地候鸟天堂)首日封邮票。中共中央对外联络部2023年10月19日将韩必恒《吉祥图》90×180cm作为外交礼物赠予俄罗斯联邦总统弗拉基米尔·弗拉基米罗维奇·普京。

Han Biheng was born in Zhejiang in 1963 and has been associated with Buddhism since childhood, with the Dharma name Zhiheng. Skilled in painting flowers and birds, Buddha statues. Chinese State Foreign Affairs and State Guests Gift is specially provided for artists and national first-class artists, engaged in cultural work and specially invited to be selected as Chinese Meritorious Figures. Awarded the honorary title of "Master of Art of the First Generation" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ambassador for the Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and Gifts Teacher for State Affairs and Diplomacy, he was included in the Yearbook of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles in 2013.

The auspicious image of wealth and prosperity (Gongbi heavy color peacock 600X170cm) is hung and displayed in the first conference room of the National People's Congress Center. The 130X350cm hanging display of "A Hall of Harmony" is displayed in the Beidaihe National Wetland Forest Park in Zhongzhi. The painting of the Three Saints of Huayan was collected by Hong Xiuzhu, Chairman of the Kuomintang in Taiwan Province. The treasure statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva is collected by the abbots of Mount Putuo, Mount Jiuhua, Mount Mount Wutai, Mount Emei, and Mount Xuedou. The Chinese painting "Crested Ibis" was signed by Premier Wen Jiabao and published by Beidaihe National Wetland Park (Colorful Wetland Bird Paradise) with its first day stamp. On October 19, 2023, the Foreign Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China presented Han Biheng's "Auspicious Map" 90 x 180cm as a diplomatic gift to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

Han Biheng's calligraphy and painting works have been auctioned by Poly Auction, Jiade Auction, Beijing Hanhai Auction, and large-scale international auction companies over the years.

It is worth mentioning the painting "Fortune and Auspiciousness" (Gongbi Heavy Color Peacock 600x170m) hanging in the first conference room of the National People's Congress Center. The painting has gone through the 18th, 19th, and 20th National Congresses, demonstrating his profound influence and remarkable achievements in art.
